I have taken my car here a few times. Each time I had to call him to ask if my car was ready. He never called to let me know what the issue was or how much it would be to fix.
I took my car in last week after someone broke into the car. Same issue. Car repairs are not cheap, you can’t just do the work without checking with me if I even want the work done then charge me. Worst part was this was what it looked like when I picked it up. The steering wheel cover was still cracked, just taped together with electrical tape. I called to complain and he said “that’s more money to fix”, which is fine if you actually had called to ask me if I want it fixed and how much it would be to fix. Let me make the decisions for my own car! I feel like I was overcharged and had my car held hostage because I never agreed to the work done and it wasn’t even fixed when I picked up the car. After spending almost $600 on a tape job, new switch and window replacement, I expect at least to come back to a car that is fixed. What a scam.

The guy who answered the phone is so rude!!! I guess he is the owner. My family used to go there for years for auto repair. As a customer I reviewed his listing in yelp and noticed that his website is expired since I am a web developer too. I never ask him anything yet, I just say his website is expired. Then he starts yelling at me and keeps on insulting me like what I worry about myself and like he make money for me and my family and don't mess with him. Just so you know, I work hard for my family and I work with INTEGRITY. If you had a bad experience before, treat everyone with respect so people will respect you back. I am a human like you too. Though you are at your bad times sometimes, still try to be kind. I will tell my family NOT to go there anymore.

The very despotic and super expensive man for just helping me turn on the air conditioning by moving a button in 1 minute $40 dollars is exaggerated and the way he treats customers is terrible I would not recommend it
