The team at Chicago Auto Recon Body shop is very professional and friendly i love this place 👌Tony the owner took good care of my rims they look like new 😁 The work on my rims turned out excellent! Picked up my car and felt like I had just driven off the dealer lot, washed and cleaned, I highly recommend this body shop! and definitely will be coming back.👍

I have brought my vehicle to Chicago Auto Recon Body Shop on two separate occasions. The owner and staff go above and beyond to help their customers and ensure great customer service. Their attention to detail is unmatched! I am very satisfied with the quality of service and work they have done on my vehicle. The owner and staff set the bar high for customer service and customer satisfaction! I highly recommend Chicago Auto Recon Body Shop to all of my friends and family.

I will definitely never return to them, terrible service, the receptionist, an arrogant, rude person, they never answer the phone, they try to charge the insurance company more than they owe to the point that your insurance will deny the claim, the unacceptable work, almost 4 months for them to finish my car for minimal damage the only good thing it has is the way they entangle you with their meaningless explanations The excuse they give you is that they are waiting for spare parts for your car

Excellent customer service! Magda promised that my car would be ready in 3 days, and 3 days later I received the car back, looking better than it looked before the accident. I highly recommend Chicago Auto Recon to anyone looking for a professional body shop.

Very pleased with the service that was done to repair my front bumper and fender. Magda was straight forward with the process and timeline and the deadline was met. Magda was very helpful and responsive whenever I had questions. My car looks as good as new! I’m a satisfied customer!

Got a quarter panel replaced on my car and they did an amazing job! Magda and Tony were great to work with, were very knowledgeable, and took the time to explain the process. Even though it took a long time (thanks to my insurance company), after finishing the work, Chicago Auto Recon cleaned inside and out and even replaced another part free of charge. I only ended up paying my deductible in the end. Would recommend this shop to anyone, but if you have Progressive, it could take a while!
