Avoid this shop unless you enjoy delays, attitude, and half-finished repairs.
I called on a Wednesday to ask how long a screen repair would take — I needed photos on my phone for an upcoming orthopedic appointment. I mentioned this. I was told it would be done by Friday over the phone. In the store, probably a half hour later, that changed to “Friday or Saturday.” When I asked a few simple questions — like whether they offer refunds if they’re unable to complete the repair — the employee got defensive and visibly annoyed, even implying I must have “done something else” to the phone just for asking about their policy. He was also annoyed about me asking for a timeline on the repair, stating it will be fixed eventually, and acting as if it didn't matter when it would be done. Seriously, it's a basic question, and certainly not an unreasonable one.
I called Friday for an update, and now the story changed again: the part just arrived, and it wouldn’t be ready until Monday. Fine. Things happen. At this point, I’ve been using a barely functional backup phone for days, so I’m just trying to be patient.
I finally get the call Monday afternoon: it’s ready — too late for my appointment, but whatever. I'm just glad to have a working phone again. Or so I thought.
I made it half a block from the shop before realizing the rear casing was falling off and the camera wasn’t working at all. I turned around immediately. Their excuse? “There’s sand in your phone.” No explanation for how it got there, just a shrug and a weird non-answer. Strange things happen, I guess? They eventually got the backplate mostly back on (not all the way, mind you) and got the camera working again — but why was I even handed the phone in that condition to begin with?
Also: they asked for my password “just to confirm everything was working.” Clearly, they didn’t confirm much of anything. So why was that necessary?
The only positive interaction I had was with the employee I spoke to on the phone Friday — he was polite and professional. Could have even been the same man, just caught him on a better day, I don't know. The employees don't offer their names.
Let me be clear: a repair is not “complete” if your camera doesn’t work and the back of your phone is falling off. Period.
This shop was disorganized, defensive, and sloppy — not a place I would ever trust with my tech again.

The best place to fix your iPhone screen! I brought my iPhone and they fixed it in one hour!!! The screen was completely shattered and other places priced it more than a hundred!!!

Do Not Go There !!!
I went to repair my laptop screen because water had gotten inside. I paid $650 last June. I don’t usually play music on my computer, but a little while later I realized that the sound on my laptop had not even been repaired. I imagine that if I go back now, they will probably charge me again. Very disappointing experience.
People that always want money first !!!!

I went here to get my battery replaced. They ended up breaking my Face ID. When I took it to Apple, they said there was nothing they could do.
6 months later, my phone kept randomly restarting. I brought it to a different repair center, and they told me the battery wasn’t installed properly — that’s why it was overheating.
Avoid this place. There are plenty of other repair centers that actually know what they’re doing.

I brought my PC in for repairs and ended up waiting over four weeks with no resolution. The staff misdiagnosed the issue multiple times, first blaming the PSU, then the hard drive, and finally the motherboard. After all that, they ordered the wrong motherboard, delaying things even further.
The communication throughout was incredibly poor. When I called for updates, one employee repeatedly gave vague answers like “between Tuesday and Thursday” with no explanation. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, and I was never given a clear plan or timeline. And it didn't even come between Tuesday and Thursday.
I ultimately took my PC back and brought it to MicroCenter, where they began a proper diagnosis right away. I wouldn’t recommend this shop to anyone, slow service, poor communication, and no accountability.
