Everyone at the chicago location was simply amazing and so helpful! They run everything so efficiently and the wait is not long at all though it looks like it! They were able to help print me a new passport within 2 hours so I could catch my flight on time that same day!

This place is really organized and run very efficiently. After reading these reviews I thought I would be able to pick up my passport same day but that was not the case. Just keep in mind you might have to come back here a different day to get it. Not sure how they are picking and choosing who picks up the passport same...

To apply at this passport agency, you must make an appointment and meet the following requirements: --If you have not yet applied, make an appointment online (make sure you are on our .gov site). You must be traveling internationally within 14 calendar days. --If you have already applied, call 1-877-487-2778. You must be traveling internationally within 5 calendar days. --Be able to show printed proof of international travel. --Pay the $60 expedite fee in addition to the regular application fees.
