Since 2009 "The Chicago School of Yoga" has provided Yoga Education to hundreds of people who teach yoga throughout the United States and around the world. Offering Trimesters, Winter/Spring - Summer - Fall Winter The Chicago School Of Yoga Conductions 200 Hour Certification in (10) Ten Modules, 101 thru 110 conducted (2) two weekends per months over 5 months. We are a Yoga Alliance approved Yoga Teacher Training School. We do not have public classes.

I just have to add, Rachel is the best. I am not changing my schedule around, just so I can attend her classes. She is helpful, encouraging and really does what she can, so you can the most of the practice.

I love The Chicago School of Hot Yoga--The instructors are great!!!!! The studio is clean-Hands down it is the best studio for Hot Yoga in Lincoln Park!!!!
