ABSOLUTELY appalled with this franchise. Not allowing your employee's and customer the delight of in person ordering and interaction is horrendous and demoralizing. Our waitress/bus person was running today and had zero time to even have a conversation with us. Let alone help us order with the hideous online order system that this SIT DOWN RESTAURANT is using:(1 star for service, but not because she didn't do an amazing job of this GONGSHOW of an ordering system you have set up here, but because we will never darken the doorway again if this way of ordering doesn't go back to in person. Also, this was put in place we were told because of covid...but if you look at the pic...we are way closer than the actual covid distancing rule. ZERO PRIVACY OR EVEN ROOM TO PUT OUR BAGS without invading out neighbors.

Despite the airport prices, the food is pretty darn good, namely the chicken crispers. They stay crunchy even when as cold leftovers. I don't know if it's mandatory that I had to pay by qr code or if it's just recommended.Kid-friendliness: Kid's menu

Sat down at the bar to grab a drink and food before flight at 9:15am on 2/2/24. Some guy standing behind the bar counting change. Sat there for 10 minutes. No one greeted me or took an order. Not sure if the guy was a bartender or not. I understand if you’re in the middle of something but at least greet me and tell me you’ll be right with you. I ended up walking out and going to the Blackhawks bar and grill where I got great service. Bar rail was also absolutely filthy. Maybe I dodged a bullet but not staying there.

Bad even for airport food, didn't have all items for the meal or side salads. Bar and tables dirty despite few customers.

Sat at a table for 10 minutes, servers made eye contact and ignored me, so I left. Went around the corner and got immediate service. When I mentioned it, politely, on my way out, the server shrugged. Chili's doesn't seem to have a very friendly staff tonight.

Probably the worst dining experience I've ever had, no exaggeration. 0 service, I sat down, no one came to greet me, ordered from my phone. Took forever. Food was low quality and cold. I asked one staff member for a Napkin (none on the table) and she muttered something and walked away never to return. Eventually got a glass of water, glass was visibly dirty and debris floating around in water. Table was dirty. All employees looked miserable. Save some money and time and go to McDonalds, you'll get a better meal / service there.

You gotta eat you gotta eat for me this was the best of the options that where available not gone complain but I’ll tell my take even though it was breakfast it should’ve been other options especially with the prices being what they are customer service was ok only thing I didn’t do was bring out the food sorta like Walmart checkout I had breakfast and had to get dressed nice and neat

Chicken crispers are not even close to what they normally serve. Though the menu picture shows the real crispers, what you get are deli style chicken tenders. The server checked on us once, had to flag her down to ask for refills and to go boxes. The worst part though, was the cleanliness of the drinking glasses. Absolutely disgusting and unacceptable!

I was there twice over new years. Staff did not care. They were not rude but not friendly either, they are an airport restaurant and there's always new customers. The host who sat me down was a very large man and had bad body odor. QR codes for menus, I'm not entirely sold on the idea but you can customize everything you order that way. Food was not bad and was able to get a refill of my drink. I would go back if I was stuck in that terminal again, it's just what I've come to expect from Chicago. Honestly, one of my better experiences in that town.

Eat M*Donals but don’t eat here.Again - don’t eat here.Terrible food.Service was okay. Our server (Maria) was the only highlight of our outing there.

First, I was put at a table with no explanation that the only menus were the QR codes on the table and that was the only way to place an order. Second, they do not have decaf coffee. The menu is ridiculously limited and the food is mediocre at best. The service is basically non-existent. I will not be returning to this Chilis.

This is literally THE WORST place I have EVER been to in my whole life. The chicken crispers I had better from the frozen section and it’s not close. They re hard as rocks and disgusting, My mouth hurts. I’m not kidding when I say they could have done better by going into any grocery store and buying frozen ones and cooking them. Food is JUNK and this place is TRASH, total flippin’ rip off and they default 18% - 22% tips with no service. Atrocious avoid at ALL COSTS.

Wait staff is so rude. My check wouldn’t show up on the app and she seemed so annoyed she had to ring me up, I’m happy to not pay lady, I could have just left…..then she continued to be very rude during check
