The young lady at the register snatched my visa card from my 14 year olds hand. Who was next to my 8 year old at the time. And showed her how to do the card on the machine with a attitude. Literally snatching it from her pushing the card in the machine all hard talking loud to her, "saying that was how she does it." I went in to confront her telling her that that's not what she talks to little kids. And she gave me the nastiest attitude as well.

I ordered online through the app. I had two entrées and they were both completely wrong. The items were mixed on each of the plates and I didn’t get the extra servings that I ordered which was rice,beans, fajitas, cheese. I don’t eat spicy and my plate had the hot sauce that my partner ordered. None of us had pinto beans.When I got to the restaurant, the workers were sitting back and not doing anything since there was no customers in the store that were actively ordering. How do they manage to get my orders so messed up with so little to do at the time????? Never again.

I had the Barbacoa bowl and it was just fine. No real complaints about it, though some of the barbacoa was stuck together in big clumps. I like that they are generous with the toppings, though sometimes I find some of the toppings to be too cold, so that the warm and cold toppings don't mesh well.

This was our to go place. Customer beware. Management’s attitude toward ending the shift earlier than noted. We’ve visited this location within the last few months. After 7 PM chairs are up on tables making. Last night at 8:40 chairs were up as expected. Grill was clean, tortilla press warmer was clean, specialty drinks were not available, no guacamole available and food was not looking freshly prepared. I understand wanting to make the end of your shift easy. It should not be at the expense of customer satisfaction. They will be losing our business as we eat at the time that the start cleaning up. We do not feel welcomed the last two times we have frequented.

Rude manager customers don't come first to her you can wait till one her staff can assist you because SHE CANT BE BOTHERED. I had to wait while the one staff person was done with an online order before I could be helped it wasn't till some other people came in that they all decided to work the way they are suppose to. I also had to use the bathroom and since someone was cleaning the men's room there was nothing they could do to help me in the empty restaurant. Not hey can you come out for a sec out guest needs to use the rest room or no one is here use the other room in the mean time no just she's just started and there's nothing I can do to help. What kinda place treats a customer like that. Just awful. So reader I would suggest going to the chik fil a across the street.

I ordered online with the Chipotle app: a bowl for myself and a burrito for my friend. They completely switched the order, everything that was supposed to be in the burrito was in the bowl, and vice versa. What a waste considering I have a food allergy and can’t eat the burrito, so I couldn’t have either. Also, both were mostly filled with rice and very little of anything else.

This guy serving me was afraid that I might over eat so he gave me the lowest portion size ever. I should’ve gone to subway next door instead. Does chipotle employees get reward for not giving proper portion sizes to customers?

I believe when you're handling food, you have to have a certain hygiene. You can typically not have so much when you do your own, but the public is critical. I think we learned from Influenza and COVID-19 that bacteria and viruses can spread easily, and we have a responsibility to ensure everybody's safety.I didn't like how they handled the food; I didn't like how they didn't prioritize hygiene. I was going to take a burrito wrap, and when I saw how they handled the food, I requested a bowl. I sat in my car, and as I was listening, to one of my favorite artists (Whitter.The.Legend), then I started eating my meal which tasted okay but fresh and the meat was very good because it was freshly done but they could have done better with hygiene.Vegetarian options: Despite offering a wide range of vegetarian options, there is a high probability of cross-contamination with meat products.,

If you order online beware. They get something wrong with my order constantly. It sucks to come home and find your food is wrong.
