We found Adam on yelp thanks to these great reviews and we've been very happy! He's been able to accomodate us even with last minute requests. He sends pictures, leaves behind a note with details of his visit and provided us with proof of insurance. He's quick to respond via text and has always arrived when he says he will. Highly recommend Adam!

Adam is great! When I contacted a few pet-sitters, he was the 1st one to reply (when some didn't replied at all), there was no fee for being a new customer/get our keys, I didn't had to go somewhere for a "meet and greet": thank you for that. Then when we were away, we had many issues, all from our side and Adam was so accommodating and flexible. He ended up to visit our cat for 5 more days, almost as the last minute, which is super nice and again, no extra fees; thank you so much! (We paid him a bit more because he really deserved it.) His rate might the best one in Chicago, especially considering how flexible he is. And usually when we come home, our cat is very demanding but not this time, which means that she had had enough attention. It was a relief to see her like that. We will contact Adam again the next time we'll go away.

I am delighted to have found Adam and his business through Yelp. We had a somewhat last-minute pet sitting job for our one cat, and Adam accommodated us easily. Adam followed all the directions we left for him while we were out of town: fed the cat, scooped his litter and administered meds. Adam is simple to work with - he picked up and dropped off the keys - and had great communication with us while we were on the road. I highly recommend his business!

This was my first time hiring a pet sitter and was quite nervous about leaving. Adam did a great job and sent pictures of everyone (2 cats, 2 rabbits) everyday. He was super communicative and after I wasn't able to return home when I though I would he was able to stop by again, unscheduled. His prices are incredible and I will definitely be using him again. I 100% recommend.

Adam was flexible, reliable, and sent daily photos of my cats while I was away. One kitty is older and not very friendly and the other is a rescue who is still very shy and scared when strangers come over. As a sitter, I feel Adam went above and beyond checking daily to make sure he physically saw my scaredy-cat (see picture for her excellent hide & seek skills!). He sent me a photo of wherever she was hiding to let me know she was alright! He also took in some packages for us and watered the plant. I came home to a clean litter box area, which rarely happens with sitters, and upon return, my place was just how I left it. I can't stress enough how much of a relief it is to know your animals are in good hands while you're away.I highly recommend ChiTownPaws if you're looking for a reliable pet sitter in Chicago.

I'm the type of person that has to trust who I'm giving access to my home and . I feel comfortable having Adam take care of both when I'm not home. He even threw my garbage out once. Solid move!

Adam is beyond flexible and is always able to help! I have a cat that needs a pill every 12 hours in a certain timeframe. Adam has always been able to make it work, even when I text him about a sudden trip the day before. It's never been a "I'll see if I can make it work" or "OK but I have to do a different time." He's always there when I need him, even when we moved from North Center to River North, which is further from him. He also sends me photos of my two cats every time, which I really appreciate as I am that cat lady. AND, to make it even better, he's always happily come to me for my keys and dropped them off. Really outstanding service, for both you and your pets.

This is a great, reliable and dependable company! Our big German Shepherd mix was so scared of new people and took to Adam right away during our initial meeting and we've been using him for a year and a half since. Very happy we found him and high recommend for your doggy needs!

After a horrendous experience with Rover, I found Adam and Chitownpaws! Anytime my dog Biggie needs to be walked, fed, go potty, or even brought to or brought back from our boarding facility Adam and Chitownpaws are there to help! I should mention that my dog is not easy to handle (he is not social and is 75lbs) and Adam handles him very well! I have used Chitownpaws for over a year and will use Chitownpaws as long as I live in Chicago.
