I filled 10 gallons into my car. but it doesn’t look like 10 gallons, according to my car’s gas gauge. Either the measurement is wrong or cheating happening.

Here is the customer service is very rude people I don't like here. Once you go here, you won't be willing to go again, The gas station is very dirty and disrespects the customers. Now look, the star of this gas station is low, that's why they have low star. I am asking the people of Chicago not to come here for shopping because it is very dirty, the worker of this gas station sat on his hands when he came from the bathroom.

I was in the store at Addison/Halsted on 7/5/24 at about 11pm to get a soft drink. I was in line to pay for the drink when the cashier left to handle a delivery while at the same time the line was getting longer. The cashier came back to ring me up and I told him that next time he should take care of the customers in line first before dealing with any deliveries. I explained that he should learn that you take care of customers always first & he gave a complete attitude saying the delivery is before the customer. I said be glad you don’t work for me bc with that train of thought I would fire him on the spot. Plus he had a hair pick in his hair while working.
When you work in retail/ customer service ALWAYS your number 1 PRIORITY is the CUSTOMERS. You can have 5 deliveries come in at once but you always make sure to take care of the customers as the deliveries can wait a few minutes.
This is why I feel bad for the world when you have people working with that kind of attitude working in retail/ customer service.

I came in here while on a lil trip to the beach to grab a few things and the women behind the counter dark hair glasses was just the most rude ignorant young lady I’ve ever come across. I didn’t know what a circle k was first time going and she def made me not want to walk into another one again. Send her to training or put her in the back sticking she look miserable and don’t seem to want to be there.

On April 10,2024 At 2:35am I came in to buy a drink and some snacks . At the time of purchase the person at the register rang up the items and as I was putting my rewards number she asked me to pay when I told her I wasn’t ready because I wanted to put my rewards number she voided the transaction then the second time she voided it again and told me she was done and left the register being rude and said she wasn’t going to do anything anymore and left . She was on the phone talking to someone during the whole time I was there and that might be part of the reason she messed up the first time . This type of service is unacceptable .

Cashier put her hand all over my straw. When I went to get a new straw, she asked security to throw me out. Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic

I don't know why this location doesn't have pebble or nugget ice. Most Circle Ks have it. My goodness, this location is near Wrigley and they don't have nugget ice. Nugget ice makes drinks taste better and is nice to chew on. It is frequently used to make ice coffee. It is 2023, get a new modern ice machine like a Follett Horizon Elite that makes chewy nugget ice.

Sunday at 1:30 am 10/15/23 security guard had so much attitude to the customers of the gas station, and he was kicking people out of the store, I asked to make a complaint on him but the manager wasn’t there.
