i walk past this location almost nightly on the way home from work. it was only until recently that i found out ITS SUPPOSED TO BE OPEN 24HRS!!!! what?! its only open maybe three nights a week, the rest of the time the doors are locked up tight (see picture)
i wish i could just go home from work whenever i wanted to. are the employees hourly? management, i hope you contact whoever is in charge of keeping this place open and find out why its usually closed. do you just not want the business? is my money no good?
the 7-11 down the street seems to always be open, guess ill start shopping there 👍🏼

This Circle K is 24 hours 136 Ami am trying to get a coffee cause I'm working all night but they will not open the door they just wave me off why the hell is this place supposed to be Open 24/7 but it won't be open, in below 0 degrees temp weather temperature, that is so inhumane to treat people like that

I really like this store and I hope it stays open. I would think that only thing they could do to fall on hard times is to hire some of the employees who worked for 7-11. Two 7-11's in the area closed down because the workers would lock the doors and sit in there on their phones. They would lock the doors during their shift and just sit there. I don't know if the owners had issues getting people but the security cameras would've told them the doors were locked. Anyway, this Circle K is fully stocked, clean and always perfectly staffed. Their customer service staff seem happy that customers come in, and all of the shelves are stocked. If they are out of something when you ask rest assured they are checking and giving a suitable answer as to why it's not there. They seem like they give a d*mn and that's a big deal these days. A lot of us are use to coming up to the 7-11 doors and seeing them locked so to have the service provided at the 24-hour Circle K is a big deal. I hope they stay. The prices aren't bad for a convenience store and their location is perfect considering the other store closures.

September 30 2023 at 1009 pm I walked in the circle k on Adams st was yelled at by a short black female employee and was told the store was closed at that point I asked her I didn’t know the door was open. I told her why don’t you close the door then she got very rude and yelled at me and told me I don’t have too that’s why wow what a response. Circle k your employees need better customer training so I left cross the street I saw her and 2 other employees out side in front of the entrance door smoking cigarettes. I took a picture to send to corporate.will never go there again seems like my money was not important their cigarettes were more of important I did send corporate an email to call me. So I could send them the picture. Keep in mind employees cigarettes are to be 25 feet from store entrance. There was 3 employees out smoking when they should had been in the store doing there job.hoodlum rats at there best.sorry wrong store 136 s clinton employee named alice she’s the worst

I came in at 2:30 am and I was serviced by the KINDEST man. He was just amazing in energy and helped my friend and I with anything. Everywhere was closed so this was a life saver. Some woman who was high as a kite came in and was making things kinda dangerous and harassing the employee. He didn't deserve that and he was handling the situation very well. My compliments to him, I left before the situation was resolved but I hope he's safe and also gets a raise or something. I've never had such kinda service at a connivence store.

This place is terrible, the workers lie and say the store is closed, when their outside smoking, they pick and chose who to let in, they don't know how to work the lottery machine. This happens after 5pm. Im sure the owners don't know their losing money.

Worst services after midnight, the staff just looks at you and turns away from you or tells you that they are closed when it’s a 24hr store or they just hide in the back room sleeping not wanting to do there job. Don’t go to circle K if you work the night shift in Jackson and Franklin.

Ahh! This used to be Pret a Manger, remember that? This opened this past fall and this is a small location. Like I said in the first review (look at that one) for 36 W. Ohio St. Their rising hot late last year and this year.
