Rude customer service. My mom was at Citibank yesterday in line she wanted to withdrawal $20 she didn’t want to use the ATM cause she has a hard time using and doesn’t understand. The employee was rude for calling my mom out for not having her card and used her ID. The employee complained to my mom about now she has to do paperwork and it’s a long process. She was rude to my mom. I’d advise people to not bank here and go somewhere else.

Good location, great service, friendly & helpful staff! It can be a bit busy sometimes but is usually well worth the wait. Will continue to bank with Citi. Keep it up!

My family has been banking with this location for decades. We know the tellers quite well, enough that they often ask about our family.
In today's world, banking has changed quite a bit. Bank management and staff are routinely switched out and so frequently you never really get to know bank staff. With that said, if the remaining tellers (we know) were replaced, I'd certainly move monies elsewhere. If the choice were available, our favorite tellers would be our bankers. These tellers are the front line for the bank. Many speak a world of languages which helps them assist many customers.
I'm reading some of these reviews with curiosity & skepticism because it doesn't sound like experiences at California & Devon Citibank.

I was going to open an account but the reviews are so horrific. I'm taking the warnings and I'll bank else where. I'm so glad I looked at the reviews before I set up an account with them. My goodness the various problems I read. It would be stupid to trust this bank with your money with such horrible customer service, complaints, and reviews. The bait and switch bonus reviews scared me off. All I can think about is what if they screw up my account and money and send me on a wild goose chase with customer service. No thanks. Very little physical branches is also a red flag.

I was just in this location trying to make a payment on a Citi card and was informed (rudely) by the teller that they no longer accept cash for credit cards. She offered no other options for payment except a money order and brushed me aside. Ok I walk back up and ask her for a money order. She replies I need to open an account. I say ok. A woman comes out from the back and informs me they won't be able to open a checking account for 4 hours. I ask if it's ok if I wait to open the account and the woman rudely tells me no I would have to leave and come back. In what sane modern world is this how a top tier bank is running? BRING YOUR MONEY TO HUNTINGTON. Their staff is friendly. They have branch locations all over. They're a quickly growing bank for obvious reasons- friendly staff, easy to access and their promotions are wayyyyy better than Citi bank. Every single person I encountered at this location was useless. I'm no longer going to swipe my Citi card, I'll leave the account open for my credit score and to hold my miles but that's it. Whoever is managing this location should be let go ASAP.EDIT- Ive reached out to the email address listed in the reply from Citi. I will update with their response (because I don't believe there will be one). HUNTINGTON BANK PEOPLE!! Stop doing business here.

I went there to ask questions in regards to loans and credit since someone has taken some part of my money through Mis abused trust - first I was just told to use phone call and then want to close my account but I found out the Spanish woman who I asked is the branch manager with very disrespectful attitude- soon things changed into just dealing with her ... I left since she was super unfriendly and unpleasant. I hope city bank address over abuse management behavior and be nicer to its own customers. For me after 12 years doing business with them I am thinking to move out into federal credit unions.

I'll be filing a complaint and a lawsuit if they don't take care of the mistake made by one of their female Employee in May, I opened an account due to the Advertisement on the Window. Had me deposit so much of cash and told me everything is set-up and Bonus will be paid the 3rd month. I met all the requirements and arranged the cash and now I didn't receive my Bonus. When I called Manager started lying and then I received a call from that employee she said it will be done in one week, promised that she will follow-up. Has been 2.5 weeks nothing has been done. I'll literally take legal action if they don't keep the contract.
