I went there to ask questions in regards to loans and credit since someone has taken some part of my money through Mis abused trust - first I was just told to use phone call and then want to close my account but I found out the Spanish woman who I asked is the branch manager with very disrespectful attitude- soon things changed into just dealing with her ... I left since she was super unfriendly and unpleasant. I hope city bank address over abuse management behavior and be nicer to its own customers. For me after 12 years doing business with them I am thinking to move out into federal credit unions.

Over the years, I've done my share of banking at Citibank. This location is one that I have frequented. Though they have opened newer locations and I have more availability to services, this is still at the top of my list. What has made this location standout for me is the personal service I have grown to appreciate with every trip. There's a personality that is lended with every transaction. The same used to resonate with the bankers but almost all have been switched to newer locations or left to other banks. A few steller tellers were also taken at that time. (Effing bummer.) The first-rate personality originated with one main banker/manager at this location more than a decade ago. An Asian-Indian-American woman that always had warm regards, referred to customers by name, she'd ask about families, spouses & catch up with customers on a daily basis. That warm regard & attitude was relayed through the tellers/bankers and added to a personable environment. That made every visit that much more memorable. But alas, she too was moved elsewhere and eventually left the company. Since then, they have never been able to capture that feeling. Since, they have been replacing older employees with younger ones. I'm not being an ageist here but it's apparent, that is what has changed most. Is it bad? No. But, they could have done it over a period of time. So that the newer staff could learn something from the more "seasoned." Over time I've gotten to know some of the new folks but will often opt for tellers that I'm more familiar with. They know what my banking needs are and there is no further description necessary. Note: The public number for the branch is not listed anywhere. I'm not sure why that is. They have tellers and bankers that can speak Hindi, Urdu, Assyrian, Espanol and a couple more languages. This location is one of few Citi locations offering service in different languages.

Incredibly lousy bank, tried cheating me and countless others out of legitimately earned deposit account bonuses; required CFPB complaint and intervention. You can NEVER get through on the phone, their website rarely works properly and chat is almost never available, and when it is, you will speak to an offshore rep with no clue. AVOID this ice cream stand, IT'S NOT A REAL BANK!

I have called over 10 times over the last 2 days during open hours. They don't answer their phone. It gives you an option to talk to someone at the branch, then rings 4 times then there's two beeps and then it transfers to the 800 number. I need to know if that branch has a coin machine, which they used to. The 800 number people don't know. This is amazingly frustrating.

Customer Service : They do not have enough personal bankers on staff. You will wait for a very long time in the chair lounge area. Some of the bank tellers are good... By the way, there is one personal banker that gets in long drama story dialogue with customers and not focusing on efficiency and work in the bank... Thus, you will wait way too long with not enough bank staff around... Oh did I tell you that the tellers keep a key to the restroom areas from the customers like a gas station? Now if you need to go to the restroom, you need to wait a long time in line to get attention from the bankers to get the keys... No banking facility holds bathroom keys from the customers... This is a big joke in this bank...

They should hire more bankers, been waiting here for an hour and still no sign of any call from them.

Standing here with the teller for over 40 minutes as he is trying to express some type of authority. Not sure what, why, I know he's going to have to take care of me, but excruciatingly slow and unnecessary.

Think twice about trusting these people with your money. After 4 visits, much paperwork, numerous phone calls, and many reassurances, they still couldn't complete something that should have been simple. I wasted so much time and jumped through too many hoops dealing with their incompetence. Just awful. Avoid!!!
