I yes have my link money,take all cash,I go to my office to check out what is grong, and the telling me some one take the money,and they printed it the record and show this location citybank 2295 n Milwaukee il ,I don't even ,live or use this location, how is possible, they take my information and pin,is no only my I see in the office more than 10 people have the same thing, they take the money,by you sleep 12:30 soon the put the money, they take out , coincidence or is the government do it this way?

Times posted on the door say that this business is open WITH assistance available at 8 AM. However, this is false. Doors are locked until 10AM. Workers do not come in until 10 am because “that’s just when we work”. They are incapable of changing their door sticker to reflect true timing- which is what I was told by an employee at this location.

My name is Carmen Brizuela I deposit 3500 dls in this location but in accident I place the bills in the cheque's compartment, the ATM time me my money back but only gime 2500 back and the screen appear automatically a sing being the ATM is going to be out of service, what I understood nobody is going to be available to deposit or get any money coming from this ATM, I open a case and they told me only found 60 dls what is ridiculous because my bills where only 100 s del been reopening the case slot of times and closing it they're found only the 60 dls what they adjust my account what said to me they stole my money I opened the account to keep my money safe and I put the money in the real rats ,

Terrible, they are stealing 900 dollars from me at an ATM. I have been explaining and explaining the situation for months, they open a case but they close it again, bunch of thieves. I am looking at the reviews and I see that too many people have had the same thing happen to us and they tell us the same thing, the money was not found. I will never use this bank again, I am very upset and disappointed.

Originally, this was a 5 star review because of Ivan Pizano and his extended efforts to assist me. So, here we are, 14 days after I deposited a large check from my IRA (Annuity) Citi decided that there was fraud involved. There wasn't. Last Thursday, as I was on the phone with Ivan, Citi Fraud Department and the Annuity services, I was told everything was all good, I'd have access to my money in 48 hours. Today, some 150 hours later, the "Here to help customer service rep hung up on me after 22 minutes. He told me, "Sorry, we are closing your account (After being a customer for 2 years with NO overdrawn charges,ever) and now I have to wait 60 days for them to issue me a check. My rent is late and they've put me in a terrible financial position. I'm so so dissapointed.

Citi Bank Is Literally The Worst! I Wouldn’t Recommend A Dog To Bank With Them. I Hate I Even Got Tied Into Banking With Them. I Truly Believe Someone in the Inside Is stealing Money From My account. I’ve had to close my account and reopen Due to it being “COMPROMISED” & them not being able to tell me where funds are. Customer service Sucks, they’re rude & disrespectful. If I can give 0 stars to this bank I will. Once everything is settled I’ll be closing this account for good & Go with Chase !

Michael Sepulveda always goes above and beyond!!! He always greets me with a smile, and is a very Professional and knowledgeable Banker. Mr. Sepulveda is patient, pays close attention to detail, and is a good listener. He is a wonderful asset to Citibank and deserves a raise and a job as Vice President!!! Amazing service. Everyone was so helpful and attentive. Michael made sure that my accounts were secure and that I was helped in a timely manner, regardless that the bank was closing soon. Michael worked very hard to help me set up a new account and I look forward to banking with this branch again in the future. All the staff members were friendly, educated, and efficient.

Dear people of Chicago! please do not! I repeat, DO NOT!! ? ? Give ANY! of these people any your good hard earned money. At first, I was denied service. I was eventually "taking care of by someone".. I had an on going issue about an unknown source stealing money from my bank account. When I eventually caught it on my mobile app, I immediately brought it to their attention. I was then shown a piece of paper that said it was returned. IT WAS NOT RETURNED. Instead, I was paid back small for apps that I actually use! I! again, pointed out the problem and was told that it will be taken care of buy customer service. Didn't help either. 0 help! The teller conclusion was, (yeah, the app does have issues) That being said, I Took what was left! inside my bank account. Also, There is money reappearing and disappearing in my account. This is message to anyone that doesn't like thier money being stolen by crooks. Have a great day now! ? bye bye!
