They wouldn't let me pull out a large amount of MY MONEY started questioning me and were talking in Chinese so I wouldn't understand management is trash and so are the bankers and tellers they started asking personal questions like My former job irrelevant to what I was trying to do went to the next bank over no problem no weird questions .

Great service! The teller Sandy is kind, attentive, knowledgeable, and quick. I had a better experience here than at a typical bank. Wait time for a teller as 5 minutes or less.

The customer service is so poor. There’s no intrinsic value to banking here. This branch functions as if the employees don’t want to work with customers unless you speak Mandarin fluently.

Me and my mother went to this location because she has an account there. We were there for account maintenance. The bankers took other clients that they knew before assisting us. We were there for 33 minutes and other people that came thru the door were taken care of first because they knew the bankers by name. I am never coming back to that location again. I will inform all of my friends and family
Members to close out accounts and go somewhere else. This location has no accountability for their workers. I am of Asian ethnicity and so is my mother and I will never ever go back to Chinatown Citibank again.

Great place to open a account, the staff is friendly and efficient. Ms Choi from the chinatown branch service me and she was very informative and knowledgeable on all their back products. I will definitely bank there again.

A very easy exchange. Love that I am not the target market and they cater to the neighborhood. Just wish they would have more tellers, as it was quite busy and the wait was long.

I have come into this bank a few times to make withdrawals when I moved into the downtown area. I feel like I have been racially profiled twice my id being held in the air like it was fake when making withdrawals I was denied twice. I went to bank in Hyde park and on lake street no problem! I’ll be taking further action treatment like this should not be allowed in china town .
