Warning... some scammers from India are using this number on caller ID to pretend to be Citibank calling about some fraudulent charges. If they won't give you the LAST 4 digits of your credit card account, then they are scammers.

My experience was great!! Lasasha helped me to open an account. She was really nice: so polite, kind and patient. Generally speaking really nice and friendly stuff workn in the brench. Highly recommend!

Opened an account on June 21. It's the seventh, I have not yet received my card. I 've been in the branch 3 times and no one informed me if i give them my I.D I could receive a debit card in the mail. They all stated I had to CALL Customer service . I even asked "even though I'm in the bank, I still have to call to verify? They stated yes .I called through the bank phone the verified me . Still nothing from the Bank Manager. I called C.S today . They said they couldn't verify . Called this branch asked to speak to the Manger, she picked up . She remembered who i was an she told me. I ask for a temporary which I never asked for. I was asking about the duration of the one I was waiting for . Which was the purpose of the phone call in her office. After, I was telling her my frustrations she continued to tell me i asked for a temporary but IF I DID . Proper Customer Service is . "My apologies we don't offer temp cards but if u show me identification, I could put a order in for you which will take 5-10 business days." That's the proper way to do it.(which is common sense.)I guess all sense isn't common. It would of saved me 10+days. I would of had my card by Monday or Tuesday . Rather than the middle of July. HORRIBLE , INCONVENIENCE. Not the type you Customer Service you would expect from a bank . Especially a bank Manager!!

I was at the bank this morning, the cashiers were very arrogant and rude, especially one Francisco who didn't even respond to my greeting! Even though there weren't any customers, I didn't feel welcome!

Unprofessional and the customer service is terrible. I opened an account with Citibank and I waited three and a half weeks before receiving the checks. Also, the information on the checks were incorrect. I kept them because I didn't want to wait another 25 days for my checks to be corrected.

Called to get help with a banking issue and was hung up on twice. I call the 800 number, they tell me to visit a branch for help. I call a branch they tell me to call the 800 number. I ask to talk to a manager. Then they hang up on me.
