I was at the bank this morning, the cashiers were very arrogant and rude, especially one Francisco who didn't even respond to my greeting! Even though there weren't any customers, I didn't feel welcome!

Unprofessional and the customer service is terrible. I opened an account with Citibank and I waited three and a half weeks before receiving the checks. Also, the information on the checks were incorrect. I kept them because I didn't want to wait another 25 days for my checks to be corrected.

Called to get help with a banking issue and was hung up on twice. I call the 800 number, they tell me to visit a branch for help. I call a branch they tell me to call the 800 number. I ask to talk to a manager. Then they hang up on me.

Spoke to Stan Chi who was friendly and knowledgeable today he helped me resolve a fraud issue someone stolen350out my account I was so stressed his politeness and positive attitude helped cope with the stress thank you for going above and beyond made my day

Went into this branch today for help with a new account fraud issue. Stan Shi was the "Relationship Banker" who was essentially no help at all. I think his title needs renaming to something more effective. In the end he sent me home with a packet of terms and conditions 1/3" thick to review and find which term may be the problem child. He also stated that if he called for me to find out the solution to the problem it would take longer than if I called which was 100% not true according to the 3 customer service lines. Stan next time please introduce the person telling you what to tell us instead of being their puppet. You seemed nice enough but the change in demeanor when there was another couple needing help was dramatic and insulting. I was in front of you, asking for help.

Fabulous customer service from James, and if he's an example of service at this branch, you can't ask for better. After speaking with 5 different people in 3 different states for assistance with a government form, he was able to provide exactly what I needed. Less than an hour later, I've sent it off and can stop worrying about this matter. Kudos.

My experience with the location at 69:W Washington was always good but this location not so much to the point I ended up closing my account back in September 2020. Some of the tellers were always very polite and nice. The lines moved very fast and the bank being a larger bank offers many services from the smaller banks in town. My issues happened with a purchase I made was never properly charged to my bank debit card and account. I inquired about this situation with the personal banker at the front desk and HE couldn’t help me and the issue was never resolved. On top of this, he acted as though I was being a nuisance In my concerns over something I ordered (PURCHASE ONLINE) a week ago and was delivered but I denied the delivery was never charged to my account. He was rude, Impatient, irritated and basically said that nothing could be done and I will need to speak with the merchant about this no charge. This is when I turned around went to the teller and took all my money out of my account.Then the teller proceeds to tell me because there seems like my outstanding charge that the Personal Banker stated to me didn’t EXSIST had to be cleared or reconciled after five business working days before I can have those monies released to me and completely close my account with Citibank. NEVER AGAIN.....STILL ?RUN DEEP!!

The Assistant Branch Manager, Krystal, was great taking care of an issue caused by miscommunications and misunderstandings from an out of state branch. Greatly appreciated.
