This was the worst customer service I ever received and to think this is a bank. I now have to take my aunt all the way to the citi bank on 47th and lake park because I wouldn't put a dog through this unprofessional customer service 😑. I only put o e stay because there was no button for no stars.

Citi has stolen my money. They closed my accounts with no notice. They have told me that I would receive a letter with my money and explaining why they closed the account. They haven’t and it’s been over 60 days. No one can give me a clear answer between customer service and the workers in the branch. While Charlita is amazing, the bald manager is pretty rude. They have told me through phone call they have deemed the money in my account is not mine even though I have proof that all money came from my other account. Over 60 days and Citi has taken my money, closed my accounts, and left me with no one to talk to fix the issue. Over 60 days, and I haven’t received any communication regarding what’s happened and what’s happening with my account. You might wanna switch banks because if they are allowed to do this and it get swept under the rug, it’s only a matter of time before they come for your account.

What an AWESOME team!!! Had to visit this location today, due to 95th Western reporting no cash on hand. Unheard of. However, Stony location was the best!! Branch manager came up to every customer in line, including myself. She was very gracious and welcoming to every customer that entered. She and her teller line, FULL OF SMILES, spoke to every customer. Charlita was so pleasant! She even asked about my recent birthday, and this was my first time ever, in this location!! I will be back!! THANK YOU Citi Stoney!!

My nephew is one of the many recently unemployed bloomer chocolate factory workers, who received his 401k withdrawal check and his check cleared only for them to not let him access his funds because the teller assume because he's a young African American man his check would come up as fraud she cited his phone number wasn't listed on his account even though she intentionally never ask for it so now he his having his attorney look into this matter he already just lost a job he been working for the past 8 yrs now you treating him like a criminal damn shame Miss Arlene Harris citi bank employee.

Waited in line for a hour because there were only two tellers servicing customers on the 1st of the month! It’s the 1st of the month. Why are there only two tellers? And there’s other people walking around who can’t even help you. This branch is horrible!

The 2 stars is because I like the people that work there never had a bad encounter with one of the staff! Staff is excellent however the company needs to provide more great staff members because they are always over worked and have to close the branch for lunch I assume which isn't acceptable CITI BANK NEEDS TO TREAT THIS BRANCH LIKE ANY OTHER BRANCH!!!!

As much as I love my people and some of the employees that work at this location but it's the absolute worst Citibank in Chicagoland. The 1 and 2 Tellers during peak hours and times of the month just won't cut it for me. The wait time was there before Covid, it's triple that time now. I actually started bypassing this location which is near my house just to go to the location in Hyde Park.

The employees at the 8600 S. Stony are great, very professional while being friendly! Always an upbeat welcoming when entering the building! I truly appreciate the employees at this location!Thanks to all!!!

The customer service at this bank is terrible. I've never had someone who works in customer service, argue with me over a telephone. That's very unprofessional. Plus I was able to go to another branch to cash my check with a temporary id after I was flat out told no at this bank branch.
