Turned me away because I needed to dry my clothes (my dryer is broken) and they wouldn't give me change for either $1 (because they would lose money?) or $5 (because I only needed to dry one load and I would use the change elsewhere?) I would’ve never gave this place 1 star I’ve been coming here for years & I can’t believe as a long time customer that I would get treated like nothing. Every other day there is a broken machine. The machines are constantly malfunctioning and this time the machine was stopped by the laundry attendant after claiming that I put too much soap when I’ve put the same amount of soap each time. I asked kindly if they can please restart the machine and was told I had to use my own money to do so and was told very rudely by the owner himself. After being a long time customer he did not even show any regards to that. I felt so disappointed. I will never give my hard earn money to a business that treats there customers as if we are not the ones keeping this business afloat.

Says online it closes at 9pm. Got there 8pm and a lady tells me to leave because they apparently close at 8pm. When I pointed out their website is wrong, she didn’t acknowledge the mistake the business made. Really frustrating to carry laundry with chronic back pain for them to kick you out because of misinformation and instead of any acknowledgement they just shrugged and said too bad. Be kinder.

I go here specifically for tailoring and adjustments and Carmen is great- very professional and fairly priced. She is very skilled and does everything from basic hemming and tears, to blazers, jackets, and dresses. She is very sweet and works quickly. Highly recommend. They accept both cash and credit card.

Came here to do some dry cleaning for my sweaters. They told me it’ll be ready by Tuesday; I came in Tuesday to pick up and told me to come Wednesday. I decided to come Thursday to make sure it’s ready and they ruined my sweater!!!! My favorite, nicer sweater came back absolutely ruined and not even an apology or refund for their mistake. I tried talking to the lady at the counter and she walked away before I could even finish my sentence. Never again coming back here and avoid your dry cleaning (and honestly general laundry) here!!!!

I've been utilizing the drop-off service several months. Normally, I am very satisfied with the service. They are prompt and friendly. However, there is one woman who on three separate occasions tries to overcharge me for service. She has charged me blanket pricing for clothes, told me I'm not meeting minimums for the pounds (when I'm double or triple), and has charged me more than the posted sign and a coworker gave me a refund for the overages. Today, I brought in 20+ pounds between blankets and clothing. She said I didn't meet the minimum for either so tried to charge blanket pricing for all. I wish there was consistency across the board. It's a nice place otherwise.

Large washers for me are the best washers.Clothings,etc. are washed thoroughlyand cleaned.

Very bad the owner gets angry because we complain that his machines don't work so he pays and they don't put a notice or something to let us know that they don't work ? ? one wastes time figuring out which works and which doesn't and he also raised his prices and still gets angry ??

Great laundry and dry cleaning pick up and delivery. The owner comes by personally and carries your laundry up and down your stairs. He brings it back clean and you don’t have to do anything. Feels

Dirty, there are cockroaches, the bathroom stinks, the sink throws water on the floor, the back door doesn't open which is a problem because of the cold, and there is a lot of dirt between the machines.

My experience is always a positive one! I've gotten my suits tailored and buttons sewn back on. Clothes Pin has a welcoming atmosphere and is a very dependable laundromat. I especially want to give a shout out to Carmen, who takes care of any of my clothes that need repair.
