Trying to scam me. Their representative checked out the vehicle, inspected the exterior and interior, said everything looks good, that I will receive a $17 refund and my receipt will be sent to my email. Then, two days later I received a $116 bill for not putting gas in the vehicle and for mileage. I put $20 in there and they saying I brought it back passed E. The truck was on full, I drove it 22 miles in total. No way would it have been passed E even if I didn't put any gas in it. I can drive to Indiana and back on a 4th of gas. That's 50 miles there and back. I rented a truck last week, went great no problem. But then this happens, like how. This is just ridiculous. I ask them to investigate because this is just ridiculous. They said give them 24 to 72 hours but I'm like you sent me this bill after two days, where did you get this info from. I don't trust your investigation. I will be as petty as them. I will go to small claims on this. I will not give them another penny. I will pay to sue them rather then give them a cent. Just ridiculous.

I rented a storage unit back in April, ive been trying to create an account online to make payments which never happened due to some technical difficulties. i've been trying to call the store to see if I can do it over the phone, the last few times I was put on hold for over an hour, ( not necessary but I have call logs and screenshots if needed) then today I attempted to call another time, July 14, 2023 @ 8:29AM. The woman who picked up the phone and assisted me and helped me complete my payments even was generous enough to remove a couple of late fees for me which i'm more than grateful for. The only problem was she kept saying she had trouble hearing me even when I was on the verge of yelling into my phone. She put the phone down and proceeded to tell her coworker, 'Fucking stupid bitch. I couldn't hear anything she was saying.' to which I replied , 'I'm sorry ma'am? i'm still on the phone.' She then told me she was not talking to me and that she sent me a receipt to my email. Manager seems to be walking around with the same attitude.

I came here on a very stressful moving day to pick up a 10 foot truck, which was supposedly supposed to be a Truck Share 24/7 mobile pickup. The app specifically told me the truck name and instructions on how to enter the vehicle. After driving around the parking lot aimlessly for five minutes, a worker flagged me down and told me I have to go in to pick it up. Kind of defeats the purpose of the mobile pickup option, but ok.So I went inside and stood in line, which is eating into my rental time at this point. I finally got to the counter and they informed me that the truck was not available. Luckily, they had a 15 foot truck available to give me for the same price. I was happy to take it, but was already 45 minutes into my 4 hour rental by this point, and they still wanted it back at the originally-scheduled time. Also, it had absolutely zero gas, so I had to immediately drive to the gas station to fill it up. The rest of the rental was pretty uneventful. I returned the truck a few hours later and was credited for the extra gas I put in, which was nice. However, just today, a month later, I have received notice that I was being billed for tolls incurred during the rental. I neither drove on any toll roads the entire rental nor was even driving the truck at the times it said the tolls happened. I disputed the bill and was promptly denied and had my credit card charged for the tolls. I will never do business here again, and strongly advise you to avoid U-Haul in general. I rented a Penske truck from Home Depot a week later and the whole experience was better. Pickup was easier, the rental was cheaper (even though I rented it for 20 more hours), the truck was newer, and expected dropoff was based off ACTUAL pickup time.

Manager is an absolute jerk. Don't bother with this location. Plenty of other moving and storage companies.

Great service for people that need a vehicle to get stuff moved. Their vans and trucks were in good condition and clean.

Yikes - the facility itself is nice and clean but the staff isn't nice. We were returning a moving van & car trailer. When you pull up the driveway, apparently there are signs that point you to the drop off zone around the side of the building but the were all turned where you couldn't see them. We pulled up in front and got in line at the counter. It was a treat to have the girl behind the counter talk to us like we were idiots because we were in the wrong place. The guys checking in vehicles were pretty much non vocal so it wasn't clear where to pull up (there were vans all over the place), where to stop, who was helping whom...they just didn't seem to care. Zero friendliness.

The only saving grace about this place is that there's a check out app and so you don't have to interact with people who seem to be having the worst day of their lives every time I've been here. Come for the affordable box selection and a dose of grouchy.

So far, so good. I need a bike rack for my car, and for that I need to have a hitch installed, specifically a hitch that has a specific power connection. The owner of the bike shop said that her customers have had good experiences getting a hitch installation done here, so I stopped in the other day.Like almost everywhere they seemed short staffed, but the woman was able to give me an estimate for the installation. It's really very reasonable given the other quotes I've gotten. I need to contact the dealer just to find out from them how much it would cost, but I suspect that I'll end up coming back here for the install. I'll update afterwards if I do!

We had our uhaul containers shipped to this location and when our movers went to pick them up they refused to release the containers to them. They then added an extra order into the system and tried to get us to pay for a month of storage to release the containers. After calling the national uhaul company they called the local location and told them they had to release it, but unfortunately they couldn't do it until the next day at that point. So our movers wasted hours at this location only to be told to come back the next day. When the movers arrived on the second day this location had put the containers on a trailer with flat tires. Obviously the movers couldn't use this, so they had to wait for the uhaul group to take the containers back off and put them on a new trailer. Once the movers got here we realized that the location hadn't strapped the containers down to the trailer at all.So this group wasted our time by not being ready, tried to trick us into giving them more money for services that were already paid for, delayed us further by trying to get us to use broken equipment, and then created an extremely dangerous situation by having containers on a trailer without those containers being strapped in.
