Combined Warehouse has been outstanding for our business. We ship our inventory from Indonesia to Chicago and then then the team at CW gets our goods into Amazon Fulfillment Centers with no drama and great communication.We utilize warehouses for the same purpose in Canada, Australia and Europe plus we've tried a few others in the US and no other warehouse has come close in terms of service, organization, inventory reporting and communications.Hands down the best warehouse and team we've worked with in the past 10 years. Keep up the great work. Highly recommend!

Very prompt responses to pick up requests. We have some items on pallets that are sort of falling aparted, the folks at Combined Warehouse have kindly re-palleted those items in the past. I always have smooth deliveries whenever we need our items from the warehouse.

The staff, management and ownership are an amazing team. They have taken on several clients that I have introduced to them and have been nothing but professional in their approach and have made the accounts extremely satisfied with the storage and distribution operation at Combined. They continually look for processes that improve the customer service experience. Examples of these processes include but are not limited to a new Warehouse Management System that improves occupany reports/billing/tracking, a food based GMP audit that has improved the facility's physical quality and a new security system that has improved the product safety/foof defense program. Kudos to Carl Ivanelli and Ryan Altice for their continued growth and focus on improvement.

Nowhere to really stage. I parked in the yellow striped lane in the middle of Central Ave. and just backed in from there once traffic cleared. Wouldn't be upset if I never came back

Loading was extremely quick. Make sure you're NO MORE than 15min early. It's a tricky spot to back into because you have to block traffic and it's a fairly heavy traveled road. Staff was super nice.

Backing up into the docks is challenging, no choice to back up on your blind spot, you will have to hold up the traffic.. I was lucky enough to be aided from another driver
