My prescription was already ready and then they put it back because I didn’t pick it up on the day It was supposed to be picked up. Now I have to wait while they fill it waste of time like be for real. I’m definitely going to call my insurance carrier and ask for another pharmacy because this was not gonna work

The Community Pharmacy was wonderful. It is run by Walgreen’s, and all of the staff members were extremely thorough. The woman who was a pharmacist or receptionist worked hard to confirm that all of my immunizations would be covered by my insurance, which I really appreciated.In addition, the person that administered my vaccines was extremely accommodating and let me sit and stay in the facility to ensure that I would not feel faint after standing up.Overall, I was really impressed. Everyone was super kind and personable, and I am glad that this location is available as a resource for people’s health needs in Boystown.

The most friendly, helpful, competent, professional, responsive, patient, efficient, and considerate pharmacy I’ve ever used. It’s so easy to connect with a pharmacist here and their customer service is outstanding. Each interaction with them has left me with the impression that they genuinely want to help me out - I’ve never felt like my call is just a task for them to shove off their plate ASAP. Even though I don’t live even remotely close to this location, I’ll be filling my prescriptions here for the foreseeable future (fast shipping).

I had a vaccine appt and waited 30 minutes past my scheduled time until I ended up leaving to get the vaccine elsewhere. This pharmacy is slow and shows no customer service

Love this pharmacy. I won't go anywhere else for my omnipod supplies. Every other pharmacy near me is always out of stock or has horrible service. I go out of my way to go here - the staff is always friendly and professional.

I’ve been using Community Pharmacy to receive my prescriptions—including my HIV medication—for about 10 years. Their friendliness, professionalism and efficiency have always impressed me. They make me feel comfortable and at ease, and they’re quite knowledgeable. I live in Edgewater, but I make a point of having them as my pharmacy of choice.

The staff is so friendly and so efficient! After my normal pharmacy was out of a medication, I transferred to Community Pharmacy. After my great experience I'll start coming more regularly! My technician was so kind and the experience was more pleasant than other area pharmacies.

I too wish I could give more than 5 stars.The best service I have ever experienced at a pharmacy. They actually care about the people they are servicing. Every pharmacist/tech/associate has gone out of their way when requested- not to mention with a pleasant attitude.Never would I think I’d be giving a pharmacy kudos- but so glad I am able to commend their work!

If I could give more stars I would. I have worked with many pharmacies, and this one is hands down the best in terms of service and efficiency. Cannot say enough nice things. I really apprecuiate the extra effort they put into everything they do. THE BEST!

I had an incredibly positive experience with this Community Pharmacy! Most people associate picking up prescriptions as a mundane activity at best, but the wonderful people at this location provided the most unparalleled customer service experiences I've had in a while.I had a new account created and my prescription filled within the space of an hour, and I even had issues with my insurances that they were able to handle. They were BEYOND accommodating of my issues and were able to easily reimburse me once the insurance problem had been resolved.Fortunately, I don't require prescription medication on a regular basis. BUT if I did, the amazing people at this Community Walgreens would make that responsibility significantly more bearable!
