This place is HORRIBLE my accident happened 4-25-24 and it’s June 25th and they still have my car. Every time I call it’s and additional 2 weeks I literally want to cry. I do not recommend them please save yourself the frustration go anywhere but here. I wish I could give then zero stars seriously

I’m not sure why my insurance chose this place to fix my car they don’t speak English well nor understand it so now idk where my car is since nobody there can understand English after explaining what type of car it is now I’ll have to drive up there after work to see if my car is there or not this is ridiculous

the worst ,,,after been paid 10k they sent me home with check engine light on and refuse to answer phone ,after car stalled out as luck would have it someone busted my windshield and finally i reach them and they are blaming the check engine light was due to busted window and scratches under the bumper from parking and touching the cement blocks in the parking space is the cause of check engine light on , and this is new damage im also from chicago

My estimate on my car was done here. After reading the reviews and seeing for myself that they do not answer the phone I decided to go somewhere else.When I got there they gave me a hard time getting my vehicle and it doesn't help that the owner had to call a translator because no one in the shop claim to know what I was saying.On top of all of that my vehicle was ramshacked, all my change was stolen and my items in the glove compartment and arm rest were taken out and thrown on the floor.This is a really disgusting way to do business.
