Came last month on sep 3 for my dot physical . There’s a new electronic system that the doc send in the new physical to FMCSA. They never sent it in and I found out my license is suspended. I lost two days of work. Who’s paying me for my loss time of work?

Concentra @ 3145 S Ashland I suffered a work injury on 9/10 and my job brought me to this urgent care clinic. They had me waiting 3.5 hours in a room in PAIN because they forgot I was back there. Later on a follow up appointment to see the Dr. on 9/19 I had a previously scheduled 11 am appointment and they had a receptionist/medical assistant who failed to properly check me in, finally being see an hour after my original appointment. Unless it’s for a random drug test, I would not advise anyone go here for care. They are the worse!
