Our condo association used to use Connected. I found them poorly run. Unorganized, poor communication, and lacked customer service.

Good people and fast response time. Only reason I'm giving 4 stars is they cannot issue live checks for building maintenance

I was President of an association that used Connected for well over a decade. Their teams are very knowledgeable and helpful especially with condo association rules, do's & don'ts when dealing with problems and delinquent owners. I wouldn't have been able to run the Association without them.
