First of all, on any desktop browser, the "Book Now" button doesn't appear. On my mobile browser, it does, but then USPS gets sent to stampsdotcom and it is a very expensive monthly subscription. What a waste of time.

I don’t recommend this courier service. I shipped 5 packages on 6th Nov internationally via Coolparcel and UPS. I was told in the end of November that 1 of the package is missing. Till this date I don’t know where the package is. UPS doesn’t respond, coolparcel doesn’t respond. Plus Coolparcel has disconnected their phone # so you can’t even call them.Not worth using this company to send your packages.

My wife wanted to ship some personal items as gifts to her family in Mexico. Cool Parcel mislabeled the shipping weight and blamed her, and didn’t supply us with the correct customs information. The package was held in customs then returned because “personal items” can’t be shipped UPS ground, they have to be shipped UPS express. Despite giving cool parcel the complete list of items being shipped, they still chose the wrong service. Over one month later the package was returned to Cool Parcel’s facility in Chicago, and they demanded she pay an additional $90 to get her items shipped back to us in Cleveland. When the package was finally returned, it was opened and missing items. 0/10 I would not recommend this company. Their customer service is terrible and they will force you to pay for their own mistakes. Go directly through UPS. Its worth the extra money to avoid getting scammed.

I DO NOT suggest this company.I typically give more chances to people, everybody makes mistakes, but the customer service is unproductive and unhelpful, I have to ship this package internationally UPS was supposed to show up yesterday, called them and they told me to contact UPS, called two different UPS teams, my local store, only to be told that cool parcel has to deal with. Called them this morning, waited about 30 minutes overall, no response, I will never chose this company EVER AGAIN.

I strongly recommend to anyone using Coolparcel. They are not the company delivering packages, they are only a marketplace to find the best offer and they are very good at it.The only issue is their website. When I first looked at it, I thought it was a scam. Horribly designed, confusing, it accepts only certain Visa bank cards. But once you get used to these issues, it works fine.

I shipped 15 packages. 10 of them were returned to me. The other 5 was returned to the wearhouse. I have been contacting them for two weeks now to return the packages to me but they keep ignoring my emails. I have not received the package. Very bad customer service. Not recommended at all.

Just shipped large package internationally. Coolparcel made the entire process extremely simple via their online application. They walk you through customs declarations and everything else needed to have the package received in good order. They tracked the package throughout the journey. Communications were excellent. And their prices were way less than others. 100% will use them again.

Even though I completed all the necessary paperwork, obtained insurance for my parcel, and took all the required precautions, it still didn't reach its destination. I reached out to the agents at Coolparcel, but unfortunately, they were not very helpful.

0 stars .... was charged 45 dollars so they could return package. Extremely bad service. Please dont cheap out and just stay with ups, usps or fedex....Two months later and my package has not been returned. Shortly after dropping package I was notified package was going to be returned immediatly so I could remove something from box so it coud go thru customs. Instead package was sent to mexico anyways, knowing it was not gonna go thru. Now package has been lost. Hope I can get some sort of refund.

Great company, UPS arrived for pickup literally within 1 hour of booking, sent me customs declaration to fill in. Package even arrived to Europe a day ahead of schedule. Paid UPS an additional 20 EUR admin fee for sorting out customs in EU. Will definitely use Cool Parcel again

Amazing price to ship a package to Japan, and it arrived in only a few days! Very limited hours of operation, but the customer service was very friendly and helpful. I would definitely use them again!

If you can print a label, these guys are the way to go. Straight forward, no frills, shipping aggregator. If I had a complaint it would only be that the pickup times and requirements are a bit stiff. I just skip all that with a no fee drop off at CVS or Hy-Vee. Then I get my daily text updates on my package as it ships.
