I regularly attend the Sunday free community classes. Alyssa is fantastic! I have also paid for a class and there is absolutely no difference between the paid and the free ones. Great place, great people! Highly recommend!

Nice studio, great and challenging classes. My only complaint would be the constant chattering from other class mates. Specifically the more packed classes like 5:15pm. Even tiny whispers can be heard at the beginning, during, and end of class. Not saying all classes are like this but it would be nice if instructors could... read full comment
