CorePower Yoga in Chicago offers a physically intense workout rooted in the mindfulness of yoga. Reviews mention that the yoga itself is great, wonderful, revitalizing, and transformative. There are lots of class options and many class times to choose from. Instructors are described as amazing, wonderful, motivating, inspiring, and typically great at balancing pushing you to try new things while ensuring you understand the basics. However, some significant cons are noted. The studio room itself is described as cramped and small, with mats placed right against the wall, preventing a full body stretch in the back row. A recurring complaint is that the mats smell like body odor and food, and cleaning them does not help much. Some find the class sequences not creative and repetitive. The parking situation is also criticized, with the valet service reportedly yelling at customers over missed signs, making street parking a recommended alternative. The business has been noted to ignore specific complaints about the mats, room size, and class sequences in its replies. Despite the drawbacks, many find the experience absolutely wonderful and become hooked, appreciating the variety and quality of instruction.
Liv was an AMAZING instructor. She was both motivating & inspiring. I have not taken a class with such a WONDERFUL instructor in such a long time, 10/10 recommend!!!

I love hot yoga at this location. I usually come a couple times a week to C2 at noon and love all the instructors.
