I would give this place 1000000 stars if I could Where do I start. Cornelia is the owner and is at the front of all inquiries so responsive and in love with her job. The result? You get an amazing product. She employee passionate people to work beside her passion and they even grow their own flowers on their own farm. She has an affinity for the earth and all it's beauty which come across in her arrangements. I order an arrangement weekly which she drops off and nurses before she goes explaining anything I need to know to keep the flowers looking amazing. The arrangements bloom like crazy and evolve over the week. The quality of the flowers is just unparalleled. See photos. The Cornelia McNamara Flowers team created beautiful arrangements for my local Chicago wedding at Promontory Point last July!It was important to me to get flowers that didn’t have a huge environmental impact, so finding Cornelia McNamara and her Chicago flower farm was a dream come true! I loved that all the flowers were grown locally and didn’t have the huge environmental footprint of flowers that are flown in from warmer climates.Because this is a local business, the process for ordering was less formulaic than it is at other florists. Instead of filling out an online form and picking from a few arrangement options, I emailed and talked with Cornelia directly, shared my inspiration pictures, and trusted her team of professionals to do an amazing job (which they absolutely did!).Thoughtful details like having the boutonnieres use magnetic fasteners and having the corsages on beautiful diamantine bracelets that were easy to take on and off made everything seamless. Even when I made a last minute addition of ten centerpieces two weeks before the wedding, the team was super accommodating and everything turned out beautifully!While these flowers were not the cheapest option available, working with someone who cares deeply about her craft while simultaneously caring for her employees and the environment made picking this vendor a no brainer.I highly recommend Cornelia McNamara Flowers to anyone who is looking for beautiful flowers and wants to feel good about the values and impact of the Chicago flower farm creating them.

Cornelia is such a gem to work with! Her Chicago Flower Farm produces gorgeous, local blooms. I worked with Cornelia to procure flowers for my DIY Flower Crowns at an event I was hosting. We spoke about my needs, set-up a time for pick-up, and she had everything ready to go. She provided a variety of blooms to use in not only in our crowns but she took the time to show me which items could be used the food and cocktails we had! The flowers were absolutely stunning and cut-fresh. I loved supporting this local west-side Chicago Flower Farm and will absolutely be back for future events.

Cornelia did and excellent job at planning and executing the flowers for our Wedding Celebration for my niece at Revolutionary Brewing Event Space In Chicago. She was extremely professional and gracious about the planning going on long distance, and had the bride who lives in Chicago come in and see prototypes of the bouquet and table flowers. The timing was great and we were able to get so many fresh cut flowers from her flower farm, and the dahlias and fresh materials literally transformed the space. The designs were elegant and were appropriate for a wedding anywhere, but they especially enhanced this venue here which was dark at first. Her balance of colors and her extremely fresh materials made all of the arrangements come alive. She took great card to get the bouquet exactly to the correct scale for the bride's preferences, and even the shape of her dress.Cornelia is a real talent and could and should be used for large wedding events and seated fundraisers. Her style is fresh and forward, and she surprises and amazes us with her creative energy. She handled all of the business side of the transaction so professionally and we came in exactly on budget. I would love to have her come down and do flowers for me at a future event in Virginia! ( where I live) We loved her fresh, natural, flower farm style. The flowers had an elegant sophistication which made them stand out with a WOW. I cannot say enough good things about Cornelia and her team. She is fabulous!

I reached out to Cornelia to provide flowers for our wedding less than 2 months before the event. Our scheduled international wedding could not happen in the way we planned due to Covid and so we had to plan a last minute, intimate ceremony in Chicago. Cornelia and her team gladly accepted the task and they absolutely delivered our vision! The flowers provided from their Chicago flower farm were gorgeous and I couldn't have been happier with how the tablescape, ceremony decor, and my bouquet turned out. She was so easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I could not recommend her more or thank her enough!

There is nobody who does it like Cornelia!! The biggest thank you to Cornelia for designing all the flowers at my party last weekend -- I have truly never seen anything so beautiful. From long centerpieces in the dining room to splashy arrangements on the mantle and coffee tables, they were all so thoughtfully put together and filled the whole space with so much brightness, color, and love! It was an absolute highlight of the night and even better than anything I could have ever hoped for. Thank you Cornelia!! I can't wait to come visit your Chicago Flower Farm -- absolutely stunning.

Her work is beyond stunning and sustainable, two things we often don't think go together. She is quick to respond and very professional! Cornelia and her flowers are incredible! I spoke to her one time and she completely understood my vision and taste. I am particular on what i like but tend not to be able to explain it well and she still understood. The flowers were stunning and made an impact on all of my guests. They were extremely unique too which is difficult to come by especially on a budget. Cornelia worked with said budget and created stunning centerpieces for my moms surprise party. Thank you so much. I cannot even begin to express my gratitude to Cornelia and her talented team for the beautiful work they did for my August wedding. I had some inspiration pictures and a minimal color palette in mind along with some anxieties that our outdoor wedding on an August day would lead to wilting flowers. Cornelia took my inspiration and made it 1000x better! She chose flowers that could withstand a humid day, that fit my aesthetic and had the perfect balance of elegance and laidback-ness that I was looking for for my bouquets, centerpieces, and hanging floral piece. Working with her was a breeze, quick to reply to emails, so gracious and kind, our consultation meeting and bouquet demonstrations were so fun and uplifting. I had no worries about our floral because I knew Cornelia was going to take care of it–– truly a floral fairy godmother.

Curator of magic and beauty! I worked with Cornelia for floral design for my wedding on 9/5/20. For the original restaurant venue, she provided a lovely bohemian vision; and then everything changed due to health regulations. The venue moved to my home and Cornelia was integral to reimagining the space and giving it new life to host an intimate wedding. Cornelia visited multiple times to hear my perspective and she put so much creative thought into every nook. Her excitement to try new things truly lifted my spirits during this uncertain time. The day of the wedding, her team was prompt and professional. With their stunning florals and foliage, they transformed the main rooms, courtyard, and patio to create a whimsical, soft, and flowing experience. Our guests were in awe and my husband and I received ample compliments. I loved sharing that she sourced from her very own Chicago Flower Farm and that her practices are sustainable. I am looking forward to working with Cornelia again and I will definitely be visiting Chicago Flower Farm to beautify our house soon.

Absolutely beautiful floral design, and such a pleasure to work with! Cornelia designed and created this custom bouquet that I ordered for a dear friend's bachelorette celebration. She was wonderful to work with, thoughtfully creating this arrangement with locally-grown (from her own urban farm!), fresh cut blooms and greenery. Pick up was smooth and easy. An additional bonus: she even composts her organic plant waste with a local composting service!I would highly recommend Cornelia for beautiful and unique arrangements, and especially for her commitment to sustainability and customer service.
