Ive been shopping at cosmo over the last 10 years & usually have a good experience. This was not that. I was the only customer in the store and not once in the 20 minutes I was there did the associate ask if I needed help. She was stocking shelves - there were no other customers in the store. I brought my items to the counter and patiently waited several minutes for her to acknowledge me. She made her way to the register and simply checked me out. Didn’t ask a question or even say thank you. Didn’t ask if I needed a bag. She didn’t speak to me at all or even make eye contact. I have half a mind to return everything but the store is WAY out of the way. This was a really distasteful experience.

As far as my experience in the store, the girls are always so helpful and knowledgeable Maybe it’s me but I enjoy going in there. I learn a lot from these girls and I am a professional. I was in the store today. It is August 22. I was greeted by young lady named Cynthia. She immediately asked me if she could help me. I couldn’t find what I was looking for. I asked her for her help. She came right over to help me. She helped me find what I needed. I needed another product which was out of stock She looked all over the store to help find a replacement She went above and beyond what sales people usually do, she found a few different products for me to choose from, and then a young lady named Sharon came out and they both started looking They went down every aisle to find the replacement of what I needed I can’t understand how somebody would write a bad review I have never gone in that store without the girls being kind, courteous and helpful

The customer service here is awful. The lady that speaks spanish is very rude and she doesn't like helping the customers. She's always mad.

Customer services needs to be better. You can’t expect people to spend their money when poor services is provided. No effort to help and when asked for help she still wasn’t no help. I will not be returning. Thanks!?

Thought I’d give a better review on here since it looks like it hasn’t been reviewed in a while. I love coming here the two ladies that work here are absolute lovely. They are so nice and welcoming. They are always working hard to assist everyone and anyone. I look forward to coming here everyone I have to. These ladies make it so easy to want to come back and always have side recommendations of their own. (Usually me complimenting them on something new they’re wearing weather it be a haircolor, nail polish or eyelash growing serum) they are always so so helpful. I’m sure a ton of people come to this store and don’t even bother to leave a good review it’s always the bad ones. So here’s to an honest review ?

I placed an order online to pick up in person at the Clyborn store. I was one day late for my pick up and was never informed they would put my order back. When I called to reorder the customer service representative was so rude I refused to place another order. Unbelievable customer service. I rather pay a higher price where I can get better service.

The customer service was poor my experience was horrible. The manager of the store was rude I was not sure if she is the manager or she is pretending. For my opinion, she was not the manager she looks unprofessional.Not recommend this store anymore treated me bad not as a professional in the beauty industry her attitude was rude.I would like to remain her that we are paying for our product is not giving us for Free. If this store are open for professionals only why her behavior is not according with this policy.

Today I felt decriminated for being Latina, Cynthia, the girl, responded to me with a comment in English with her partner, because a dye had a special K stiker and she charged me at a different price, she used the English language to tell her partner Sometimes clients put it on for the purpose, he said like the other day with a nail polish, in conclusion he was surprised at the price but nkk ok it was my fault I took it because it was cheap obviously one looks for things in particular I felt very poorly attended to no they do their job professionally

Realmente en esa tienda trabaja una persona abusiva y malvada, su nombre es CINTHYA yo no recomendaría que compren cuando ella está allí por que a mi Me hizo daño, me bloqueo mi cuenta para comprar en línea, estoy decepcionada. OJO Tengan cuidado con ella !!! Deberían de tomar cartas en el asunto que no soy la primera a quien afecta esta persona!

The dis that manager Cinthia! She doesn't have the slightest experience and I'm sure she's not a cosmetologist and can't treat anyone, they should give her training! Make the store look bad!
