It's Costco. The only one I know in the city. It's great

This Costco Pharmacy offers unbeatable prices, exceptional service, and a team of truly wonderful people. Highly recommend for all your prescription needs!

I don't normally go to this pharmacy, but they were the only pharmacy in the Chicago metropolitan area which had the medication I needed in stock at the time, according to people on Reddit, some of which were calling 50+ pharmacies a day.
There was a slight mix up with the insurance so they never texted me to say my prescription was ready, and I had to call them. But they were totally friendly and positive the whole time - a big factor in my book.

Called in recently to see if my script was sent over and It wasn't - no big deal, my doc must've not sent it in yet. No more than 10 minutes later, the same Tech calls me back saying my script had just came in and they wanted to catch me before I called my Doctor. It's the little stuff that makes Costco great.

It's a nice store like all the other costco. I was here on a Sunday, challenge to find the parking spot, best way is to wait when you see someone is loading their car. Have some nice furnitures with great price! And they also have bok Choy at the fresh produce section! Love it! Lots of customers buying their tropical plants, the price is really great!

Love this costco but the people that work here, especially at the self-checkout station are always rude.

This Costco is convenient when I'm in the city and I come here specifically to see if they have something different in comparison to my neighborhood Costco in Niles. And guess what, they have sushi!! How can this be?? I can't explain (The Who) why this is the case?? We have way more Asian people up by me, amma right or amma right?? So why sushi here and not in Niles?? Anyway, fist bump to the Store Manager who made this happen. I've only seen Costco sushi on the West coast and Hawaii. By the way, the sushi was priced well but in all honesty, I think I'll just stick to Lawrence Fish Market. But I do like this location because it's so convenient. I also scored cases of bier for like $5.72 one Summer here, and that was unbelievable. The pahking lot is really competitive but if you're patient, people are always coming in and out. Between this location, Glenview and Pleasant Prairie, I still like Niles the most. But make no mistake, this location is also 5 stars.

This is the worst Costco I have ever been to. My membership card did not scan when checking out as the barcode had rubbed off. The representative at the front of the store, said they would hold my cart while I went to the service desk since they could not help, which was great However, I went to the service desk, and they said I needed to show them in the app that I was a member, which I did not have. I downloaded the app and asked them for help directing me to what they needed to see. They refused to help me and said that they could not help until they could prove I was a member. After 10 minutes of googling and people telling me I was in the way at the service desk, I was able to show that I was a member and they issued me a new card. I went back to the front and they said they took my cart back because they didn't think I was a member so I had to spend another 20 minutes refilling my cart. When I went back to check out, the barcode did not scan again and the representative at the front didn't believe me that I had just gone to the service desk and tried to have me removed from the store until I went to the service desk and they remembered me and said they could prove I was a member and we were able to override at the cash register Everyone at the store was incredibly unhelpful and I asked the manager if I could file a complaint to which she said that she would handle it and a complaint what did not need to be filed so I wanted to write a review so other people are aware of this poorservice. I love Costco but will not be back to this location.

I genuinely enjoy Costco. I have for years. Prior to tonight I would've never even considered writing a review about the store. However I received the worst service from Taylor in the Optical department. I was literally in shock. I've never had poor service and Costco, nor the optical department. My family and I have bought numerous glasses and contacts and never encountered such a dry lifeless condescending attitude. At a minimal retraining is warranted. Preferably leave him in the back where he has no customer contact.

Had appointment for Moderna Covid vaccine. Arrived here just for them to tell me they don’t have any even though it’s what my appointment was for. Why even take appointments then? And why would you not call me to tell me instead of wasting my time?I then go to a Walgreens, where they tell me Costco submitted a claim with my insurance for Covid vax even though I didn’t even get it. Why would you try to bill my insurance for something that was unavailable? Took almost an hour to speak to Costco pharmacy and the pharmacist is giving me attitude on the phone for their own mistakes and poor communication. Took me almost 3 hrs to get a Covid vax between driving and waiting for them to fix this, thanks Costco!

Maybe it's my mid-life crisis, but I am obsessed with Costco. Naturally, when I go out of town and visit family, it's always a fun activity to go to their Costco and see what all is different. The main items remain the same, but each region might have some slight differences depending on what location you go to. First of all, in Chicago, there's a nice inner vestibule area with large garage doors to keep the cold out - makes a huge difference where the carts live and the first "impression." This location is set up "backwards" from what I'm used to. My home Costco, you enter in on the right and then snake your way counter-clockwise. This location is enter left and go clockwise. Other than the flow, you could get your bearings since the refrigerated/freezer section is in the back. Probably the "AH HA" moment is when I came upon the liquor section. In my state, alcohol is regulated by the state and their specific stores, so all retail only carries beer and wine. Having liquor from Costco seems to be a luxury for me. There was a dedicated Costco employee that helped regulate the self-check out lanes. My home Costco is a free-for-all which can be okay most times but sometimes it can be a nightmare when it is busy. Going right when it opened, the food court was surprisingly really busy that early in the morning. I can understand a lunch rush, but it was interesting to see the different food offerings this location had. Same deal with presenting your receipt to someone that counts your items at the door. Overall a great Costco experience especially with the upcoming holiday season upon us.

Tires: Esteban went above and beyond to help me with my car. He was very attentive, and helpful. Very busy shop and he was so accommodating and reassuring of my tires getting fixed. I was on my way in no time. Thank you again!

My experience today 10/21 (9:48am) was unacceptable. At the self checkout a staff member, short mature hispanic woman with a low haircut was very rude. She questioned the validity of my membership card, then had the nerve to tried and take it out of my hand, creating a hostile environment. I felt threatened and embarrassed. After speaking with both supervisor and manager, I hope Costco will train her to be polite.
