You have a flat tire? Good luck having it even looked at here… or any Costco Tire Center.
We are going into day 2 of leaving our car for the entire day just for them to call and say they “couldn’t get to it”.
NEVER buying my tires here again!

reasonable price and the waiting area is great. wait times are very long. however long they say it'll take, double it and you'll have your minimum wait time. the customer service is confusing. I was told conflicting instructions by multiple employees, which was frustrating and confusing. they have a clear communication issue amongst employees.

Had a leak in my tire that was plugged, they took my tire after I explained that the plug didn’t work and it was leaking. 4 days later and no call. I call and was told that they will not patch a tire that has a plug in it. Why would they take my tire and charge me if they don’t make that repair? Why did no one call me to tell me this for 4 days!!??? Horrible service. Stick to groceries Costco.

Do not come here. They are very bad and will waste your time. We were the first appointment of the day and it took them 3.5 hours to swap a set of tires!

I was told that my tire rotation and balance would take an hour. It took almost 2 and half hours.

I came here together replacement tires for my car. The price was the best that I had found. I did think it took longer than expected to get it done. But some of the comments on here seem to overdo it.

Guys working here have no heart. They don’t care about work they do and about customers they work for. They are here only to get paid and leave. They do minimum to not get fired. Did a horrible work on my car. I’m canceling my membership

Appt at 6:15p, got there at 6:20p after buying Costco gas, paid $800 for new tires, it's 8:15p and they are still NOT working on my car...this is totally disrespectful!

If you schedule an appointment it's ok. If you try and do a walk-in forget about it. You would have to leave your car and sit there for a couple of hours. Waiting to see if they could get them mounted. Even with an appointment. It takes over an hour to get your tires installed

I was stuck at the air station with a tire so flat it could not be filled by the machine. Without prompting, Zack from the tire center approached and resolved my issue, therefore saving my day. He went above and beyond duty and I am eternally grateful. Thanks again, chief.

Simple services like tire rotations take nearly 2 hours. I’ve been here 4-5 times and they’ve never once gotten the tire pressure right before I leave, even when I tell them upfront they keep getting it wrong.
