A cousin of mine owned a cell phone store, and I used to work on social media and marketing content for him to spread the word. I was very aware of what does and does not need to happen in these kind of stores. What's strange to me about this one is the owner/manager loves to hide in the back and only give instructions from behind the wall. It's so peculiar because I've never seen someone NOT want to be seen so much while a "for hire" sign has been posted on the door and windows for weeks. I really needed a couple of cell phone supplies for a contract job I have, but my one experience in there weeks earlier made me just buy my supplies online. I have no desire to go inside of there again. I will say that the employee I talked to (early 20s, Hispanic, slim, dark hair) was really nice and soft-spoken. But management sets the tone for how the location is run. If I hadn't already been so observant of my cousin's location, I may have not paid as much attention or been as interested in the way the owner didn't want to be seen. To each her own, I guess.

Payed my bill on an account that was created by their manager Ahmed and he scammed me. After one month, I payed the bill and the number was immediately deactivated after and he refused to give me my service back and then also denied a refund. He then ran off to the back and had his young hispanic co worker lie and say he left the store to avoid helping. She called her higher up manager and then when i asked for the number to report their scammer store manager she refused. DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! These people are not to be trusted take your money somewhere else or they will rob you. He also told me to stop talking in a very disrespectful way when i was having anxiety from my frustration.

It's a shame Cricket wireless has store employees that can't help visually impaired customers. I went in to purchase a new phone and plan, I asked the store clerk for assistance in helping me out because I was visually impaired and I was denied. Ok no problem. I'll take my money to Boost Mobile

They're the best. Very kind, polite and smiley! I like how seriously they take their job. And the store is also very cleaned and has a good atmosphere—something lacking in many other cell phone stores. They deserve 10/10.

After a week of hiccups and numerous call to cricket etc, and couple store visits my issue was resolved. Thank u to the guys who work here and Joshua for trying to fix the issue with cricket. The staff in store is definitely not rude, they are very nice.
