This place is a scam! Beware. My 89 year old mother purchased a phone and then decided to return it. She got the run-around and now it's past 7 days and they will not return it. I called the Cricket customer service number and they told me the sales people are on commission, so they do not like taking back phones. Now I am dealing with their corporate office. There is a reason why this location gets 1 star consistently.

Beatriz was the employee at the time my fiancé did our transaction. she was little to no help. As a customer one would expect the employee to call the pre phone company to gather all the information required for the phone line transfer yet no help was given.
