Great visit! I’ve been struggling with my phone and able to access my hotspot feature. Calling the regular customer service got me nowhere. About to get into some summer travel and desperately needed to see what is the issue. Thank God, I decided to stop in. Immediately greeted and worked with Alondra. She took less than 10 minutes to figure it out and worked me through the process. After months of no access, I’m good to go. Thank you. Thank you and Thank you. She’s the best. Kudos to the other staff as well. Each supporting clients and everyone was welcomed and happily assisted. Definitely would return or recommend Thai location to others.
