Don't buy anything here that's not cricket. I bought a speaker and I was told no refund but could exchange it within 7 days. Took it back the next day to exchange it and then I was told could only exchange for the same one. That's not what I was told when I bought it. Was will to pay the difference and the response was just NO. Poor sales people. Wouldn't recommend

Girl was very rude and ghetto. Left us waiting while she went outside to handle her business. The entire time she was helping us she was on her phone texting. She also complained to her coworker the entire time she was helping us about something personal going on regarding a tablet. We only went to buy a new phone but she took it upon herself to also sell us a case without asking. I let it slide and was fine with buying it so I said nothing. Turns out she added insurance on the phone without asking. When I asked about it she said the company covered it for the first month and I could call and cancel it. The very next day I was charged for the insurance on auto pay and had to jump through many hoops to cancel it. Horrible experience don’t bother going here. Visit a different store!

I would not recommend this store to ANYONE. The woman I had the misfortune of dealing with was aggressive, rude, inappropriate, and above all else, plain mean when I was going through something very stressful. Yes, I spoke concisely to her. She laughed sarcastically at me, refused to get a manager upon request, and continually called me "honey" in a way that was degrading and sexist. This store is lucky I don't file a BBB report against them.Now onto the real issue: I was sold a defective phone of incomparable quality to the one I formerly had. I have suffered a financial loss due to the woman selling and promoting this product to me. The phone's Bluetooth will NOT stay connected. I CANNOT pay via tapping my phone, which was not disclosed to me. Earphones that plug in do not work with this phone, thus leaving be unable to play music (Bluetooth will not work, nor headphones jack). The sound on calls works about a quarter of the time.Unfortunately, I am past the 30 day return period and dropped the phone recently, leaving me unable to exchange. I am contacting my bank. I feel that I dealt with fraud. The woman at the store continually only promoted cheap products to me, telling me the price of each (I'm talking under $200), presumably under the assumption that a young woman could not afford a more expensive phone. Newsflash: I could have and you lost out on that sale, sexist, misogynistic idiot.I would not recommend this experience or store to a single human being. Run.

They knew I was on ACP with assurance wireless they made me but a phone and autopay and told me it would be $20. When I saw they were charging me $55 I asked them to unlock MY phone and they wouldn't do it knowing that I was already using my ACP. I am disgusted with Cricket and urge everyone to stand clear of this rip off provider. They hire kids who couldn't care less about the customer. Horrible!!!!!

Went in with a huge problems that every store said couldn't be fixed. They fixed and transferred all to a new Phone. VERY VERY HAPPY. Got all my pics ( grandkids and all) and my contacts. Thank you so much.

BUYER BEWARE. This store will straight up steal from you and manager hides and refuses to take calls.Nothing but bad experiences every time I've visited the store. Most recently I needed my phone number changed. The girl helping me was on her third day and the training associate was on her phone and not watching her. She changed the wrong lines phone number, and when we asked them to double check they both assured us it was done correctly. Turns out it was not, we were able to get the other lines number changed back, but now it can't make it receive calls. When I called to have them change it they want to charge me TWICE for a service they never provided. They said they couldn't do anything and to call customer service. When I call customer service they say they can't do anything and to call the store. I've called both several times. The store manager refuses to take calls from me or their customer support.The store refuses to give refunds and won't change my phone number unless I pay twice, same with their customer service. They apparently claim they're not associated with each other despite being the same company, and all I've been offered is a partial credit for what I paid and have never received the service.I would never recommend this location or Cricket Wireless to anyone. The have the worst customer service I've ever seen. Currently filing a dispute with my bank and have had to make complaints with the BBB and IL attorney general for their scam.
