There is an employee there named Kia. Oh my goodness this person was completely awful this morning. She was yelling at the elderly man in front of me.He looked defeated with her, so he began explaining his issue to me and we sparked a conversation about his insurance. She intervened and told me it’s her job to explain it to him and became extremely aggressive and short tempered with me as well.I still wanted to get my son his phone for Christmas so I stayed and tried to get the information she asked for when she began to service me. I stepped aside to allow her to service the other customers inside of the store. She continued to be rude and display very poor customer service.It got to the point where my husband wasn’t having it anymore. He told me we weren’t spending our money here and wanted to leave. She took at least 4 minutes to buzz the door to let us out. The buzzer is literally right behind her. This was a really awful experience for us.I hope this was just one bad day for Kia, because if she’s normally like this she needs to be retrained or find a job not involving customer interaction.
