The woman who was working on June 29 was just to lazy to even help us kept giving a run around we lost our cricket phones using a phone not even cricket we got excuses to call the customer service number call tomorrow you have no service and all I wanted to do is transfer to a different place I'm glad I did AT&T SO MUCH HELPFUL and good customer service unlike cricket I have had cricket for 5 years but this location is the worse I hope one day cricket won't be in business for robbing money and unwilling to help their customers when I said rob I mean I paid my bill next day I had pay a higher number for my service again

Fast and cordial service. We replace a phone and they were very knowledgeable seting up the mobile and transferring data from the old phone than xan varely turn on. We also order a case for the new phone that is still in backorder.
