I had been a customer at CubeSmart for quite sometime. I missed one payment in September and did not receive the courtesy reminder call. I was then charged a $110 lien fee and received a letter that my unit was going to be put up for auction. I made the September payment along with the October payment needed but still had my locks cut and replaced with a red lock indicating my unit would be auctioned. The employee was quite rude so I chose to move my belongings to another facility. If assisting a customer it’s usually best to hang up your personal phone call rather than talking to me and putting my business out there on your personal phone call.

I was dissapointed during my move in date. The floor to my unit was dirty. I had to clean it myself before I put my contents in there. Also, they supposedly have an app, but it's worthless because it doesn't open the garage door from your car and they have no idea when Corporate is gonna do anything about it. Additionally, the floors in the hallways were riddled with paper garbage and looked like they hadn't been swept in awhile. Unbelievable for a place that's been open for two years.
