Today I had a small problem with the Extra Space website. I called Chris at my Extra Space site and she had me fixed in minutes. I have had other storage sites but Extra Space is by far the very best. I have no complaints.

I had a very good experience with all my dealings during the set up of my account,
Moving in & contact with Chris who helped me choose a storage space and everything else went perfect. The facilities are bright, clean, plenty of dollies and easy to move stuff inside.

I'm very upset about this company. My first floor storage was $101, and they text me that price. They will text me to let me know that $101 dollars has been paid out of my account. They changed the price $150, for increase price. Supposley they sent a letter of change of price. Never got a letter of increase price, they just text me $150 has been charged. Then they stopped sending me notification that it is increased. I will be moving my stuff. It's just unfair. There's been a time where the door broke and I didn't think they would increase the price since the door broke on my storage but they still did. Very disappointing company. Do not use this company!

Just Rented a Unit and the price was very reasonable and also able to lock in rate, which was very important to me for prepaying in advance.
Carly was very helpful and Professional, and answered all my questions and was great to deal with.
Also They have inside parking to unload and load, which is very Super helpful, and there bathrooms are very clean.
5 Stars, and Exemplary service from Carly.
