Do not do business here unless you are a big name retailer. They will take your mock ups and deposits, but never get to production. They say they provide samples, they don’t.Customer service is terrible. They need to hire more people in front end. It seems only a few people respond for 100s of customers. Might be overwhelming for employee(s) or they just don’t care about the customers need.Was looking highly to the final results but didn’t even get to see a sample.Look elsewhere unless you are a big brand.

Ordered Last Minute Custom Volunteer shirts from them for my Company Team members.. Was on a one week deadline.. Got very prompt response, white glove service and clear pricing options. We did both arm sleeves as well as front and back custom Logos. Got creative feedback from very experienced professionals on size and positioning aesthetics that was very helpful.Final result was Amazing Service. High Quality Custom Shirts. The lady at the front desk seems to always have an attitude. I’ve been working with Gabriella for about a month and a half now but every time we meet it’s just pointless because there is never any advancements their process. Just a bunch of empty promises.Came with the intention of printing 6 different shirts. Did all the leg work myself. Tried setting up appointments to meet multiple times. But really only get responses when it’s convenient for them or I’ve bombarded them with call texts or emails. Even gone far as showing up in person without an appointment multiple times to show how serious I am. The final straw was when I was promised a estimate at the end of the day. Still followed up to see when I would get the quotes that were promised to me. And I only now got a response one week later after they thought I wrote a bad review. Well that wasn’t me who left the review. But if this is how the company operates, where they will only respond, follow up or even try when it’s convenient for them. Then, they do deserve a one star review. Because this left such a bad taste in my mouth. That I would never recommend anybody use culture studio for anything.

My experience with Culture Studio has been amazing to say the least. I had to come here and give some praise.I’ve worked with multiple reps at the company, but here lately I’ve had the pleasure of working with Gabriella. She has been nothing of short of impressive to work with. She’s communicative, detail oriented, kind mannered, professional, and overall capable of handling anything you throw at her, which is rare to find in todays world. Shout out to Gabriella!Now let me say this: I’ve worked in the apparel printing industry for almost 10 years and I have seen every side of the modern printing world; old school and new, good and bad. With that said, I have to tell you that Culture is one of the best vendors in the business.As a professional, I work for some extremely high profile rappers within the music industry. These are individuals who are selling out arenas and performing at festivals with 100,000+ people present the day of the event. I say this so you can understand why truthful, promising partners are important to our business and ability to operate. In the printing world, it’s not often that you find a gem of a vendor like Culture. This team can pull off large, important print jobs on short notice and are able to organize accurate shipments that will land on-site the day of the event. Most vendors avoid this kind of work. In doing this, Culture is making a huge statement in their confidence in their work and their employees.They also utilize modern printing techniques like DTG, Digital Squeegee, and they are excellent screen printers that are capable of printing almost anything you need within reason of industry-wide capabilities & limitations. They are very capable in the world of fashion.If you’re looking for a printing partner who can deliver, Culture is your team.

I had professional tech packs made and came to Culture Studio to get the actual garments manufactured. I had an initial video conference to discuss the project and felt great leaving that and made it clear I wanted to proceed forward with getting samples made and then ultimately go into production runs.Unfortunately, communication really began to drop off here where I'd be promised quotes for samples "within a few hours" and a week or so would go by without actually hearing back and when I re-initiated contact, I'd just get the same type of response.Considering how large of a financial investment I'd be making into this project, I really felt non-existent as a customer to Culture Studio and am a bit surprised that it takes several weeks to get quotes on samples when Culture's competitors are able to get me quotes on the same day.

The pandemic destroyed this once excellent printer. Doesn't return emails in a timely fashion (if at all). Tells me one thing on the phone then something different in email (if I get a response). It often feels like they're hiding something from me. Tells me they can't print at sizes that I know they can print at (and one of the big reasons I use them is because I know they can print huge designs). They only ship, even if the order is local, no in person pickup, which delays orders unnecessarily. Might I remind these guys, there are plenty of printers within a 1 day ship radius of Chicago, including some I know will print my designs without any trouble. The one time I did successfully get them to print an order for me this year, they barely got it done on time causing me a lot of stress despite giving them a deadline an extra week before the festival I was going to sell them at started. They basically have to be reminded to print your order on time. I have hard deadlines because I sell my shirts at festivals and events. The quality of the printing itself was ok (one of the colors was off), but getting them to actually print something without any hassle (or at all) is a battle. They are also more expensive than other local printers for the same jobs. Sad, because I used to use these guys before the pandemic, and they always used to print my orders without any hassle. They even used to allow in person pickup. These guys need to stop trying to be the next big online printer and go back to what made them great.

Listen.. I LOVE the work they do, but the communication is the worse. And its sad. I placed a standard small order of shirts november 22 and Basically had to remind them to print them. When they finally started production, I was emailed DECEMBER 14th to tell me they messed up the printing on the order and offered a discount. OK fine...They said We only have to print 4 more. I agreed and told me Friday they would ship out the 17th. I reiterated that this was for a business. They guaranteed arrival before Christmas. I followed up because the business reached out to me for ETA, Culture STILL have not sent out the order and said the shirts are still in Production... 4 shirts in production for a week keep in mind today is 12/21. These shirts have a 4 inch logo in the front and was supposed to have a small logo on the back in which they messed up. On top of all that... THEY WERE GOING TO SEND IT TO ME WHEN I CLEARLY HAVE THE SHIPPING ADDRESS LABELED TO FLORIDA!!!Oh thats the tip of the ice burg. I ordered hoodies and these were delayed and once I picked them up.... THEY WERE PRINTED WRONG even after correcting them on the correct print type. I know what the initial excuse would be... but chew on tis.... I used this company in the HEART of the pandemic and communication/production was not even this lackluster. I have more horror stories and I it actually saddens me.

EDIT: They have reached out to me and made this project happen. It has indeed been done correctly. I appreciate them for reaching out and wanting to get this done the right way! They immediately offered to redo all the garments ASAP! Thank you guys. I recommend this company for your garment needs, etc.Very poor quality printing. I have colors peeling off after one wash. Just getting worse and worse as they wash. I have stopped going through these guys ever since I got sent a batch of tees that didn’t get cured at all. Was about a month of a wait to get a bunch of tees that can’t even be used for anything. They don’t care enough to make sure your product is great. They just want your money. I’m unsatisfied & devastated that they treat their customers this way. Please save your time & money & go through another manufacturer. I do appreciate the fact I got a refund for the batch of tees that were destroyed. Just very poor communication throughout the whole process. Too unsure how any product will turn out.
