This pharmacy is terrible!! I was put in contact with them for hormone replacement therapy. They do not answer tech help requests or emails and do not send refills in a timely fashion. Their Brite App is a joke. It doesn’t function and they can’t seem to fix something as little as you showing up as a customer in it. I cannot believe that they are in business with such terrible service. Do not under any circumstances use this pharmacy. I do not leave bad reviews but this one is very deserving. Save yourself the headache and steer clear!

This pharmacy, without adequate notice, sent my pain medication refill order from NJ (which uses overnight delivery to my home in PA) to Chicago. Chicago shipped UPS ground and I am now on day 4 without my meds. Extremely irresponsible and inexcusable.
