Being that it's located within Target, I asked one of the associates where exactly is the CVS pharmacy. The gentleman happily stopped what he was doing and walked towards me and pointed and stated the directions in which to follow. It wasn't hard to follow so, after a minute of walking down the aisle, I found the pharmacy. It's right after the makeup aisles. The pharmacy technician was personable, friendly and helpful by reinstating the directions I was to adhere to see in taking the my medicine. I'm glad I chose this location.

Always helpful staff, never have any issues here. It would be nice though if they have a drive-thru.

Did not have the medicine after getting a phone call and message that it was filled and ready. Waited for almost a hour and was told we could come back tomorrow after 4pm for the remainder of my order: so almost 1 day later. They changed the doctor’s prescription so I can’t transfer it to another pharmacy because the prescription has been altered to cost 3x more for less medicine. Refused to help find another Target CVS that did have the medicine I needed. We asked if can get it as originally written by the doctor tomorrow after 4pm since there were no other choices. Were then told probably not because it’s was too late now. So no medicine and no prescription as written by doctor that I can have filled elsewhere. Worst experience at any pharmacy in Chicago.

Several key issues here. 1. Horrible, horrible, horrible location inside a gigantic mall in such a congested area to drive to. 2. Staff had no interest in refilling all medications at once instead of making multiple trips there. 3. They will never ever reach Walgreens standards. As I pointed out before, I feel sorry for the elderly or blind who can't read text messages. Their phone system cannot detect if your landline has an answering machine so a message is never left. 4. They don't even have an option for the pharmacy to email you when your prescription is ready. Not everyone has a cell phone. Thank God my employer now allows us to us Walgreens because I'm headed back there.

The staff at this CVS pharmacy are always helpful, courteous and kind.I have always been treated with respect--even addressed by name by several of the staff, and that never happens anymore! I do not prefer CVS in the realm of pharmacies, but I do like this particular pharmacy.
