Just watched an elderly man try and use the new pharmacy system that was installed. He was confused, struggled, and was near tears at his inability to navigate the system when he only had a question. The employers tried to help him through the system when he kept saying he just had a question. I've never seen a system reduce a person to tears before and if this is how your company plans on proceeding you have lost me as a customer forever. Terrible. Stop trying ti make everything A.I. and pay employees and help people, this was an old man who just had a question. A DISGRACE.

Nothing against the employees, but i will be moving my prescriptions else where as your new in store systems are stupid and do not serve the customers. Having me punch in information to look up my own prescription and check in myself is stupid and inconvenient. If im already sick or not feeling well I do not want to use a keypad or system also touched by others not feeling well. Then, when something goes wrong or something didn't load (like today when you did fill a prescription that you recieved the day before from my provoder) I had to pull in an employee anyway for assistance. Stupid and inconvenient and if this is what system you plan on using moving forward I will be no longer using your pharmacy and neither will my family.

Not exactly sure why, but this is the worst place to get prescriptions filled. I suggest going to a different pharmacy

One of the worst cvs ever got a email saying my phone order was ready for pick up got to the store only for the employee to say oh it's not ready just come back in 30 minutes so I came back a hour later and it's still not ready and the employee says again ooh you have to wait a little more.

4-1-25 Did the elderly Caucasion man just get robbed, or was it me? The item I needed was locked in a glass case, which is fine. I asked him for it. He held onto the item tight. He then asked me to scan it while he was holding it. When I finished, I reached for it to take it to the cash register. He said, he would take it. Wow! I almost laughed in his face. Then he asked a stupid question I think all Cashiers are trained to ask; is that everything? If I wanted to purchase something else, I think he would know. It would be at the cash register with the other item, so he could ring it up, unless I was at the ”self” register (but he didn’t give me that option). He was too busy holding onto the item for dear life. People you need to stop. Steadily trying to correct someone, when you are the ones to be Corrected. If you don’t want to get cursed out, stop running or racing people through doors when they are trying to shop. If you don’t want to hear profanity, stop being stupid. And those are just little things. Looks like I have a huge job ahead of me.
