Jamal gave me THE BEST customer service yesterday when i came in after realizing there was a coupon available for the item I purchased the day before. He was also super friendly and easy going. Felt great knowing there's a CVS near the office where I feel so welcomed :)

They put a sign on thr door and turned everyone away saying they closed at 8:47. There were only 3 customers in there and they wouldn't allow anyone to come in

Medication is never covered by insurance. New people working no one knows how to use the computer and release prescriptions to get filled.

Everything is under lock and key and staff is useless. You can sit there and ping them for assistance and no one will come. Don’t waste your time.

Classic CVS and exactly what you would expect. They have what you would expect from a CVS and they have typical check out and self check out.

The CVS on 205 Columbus had pallets in the aisle and i was not able to have access to the items on the shelves. Upon the Self-Checkout, the scanning device came out and was not sturdy in place. The bags are extremely small but have bigger size bags in other CVS stores.

Horribly display of customer service if your picking up a package. First no one couldn't find it, nor believe my package exist, and didn't know how to set up the code to release the package. It's in a rich, posh area but someone who just wanted to pick up a package received the worst service ever.
