I had a follow up appointment at 344 W Hubbard to read test results. I waited 1 hour and 20 minutes after my appointment time. No communication from the staff on wait time and no apology from the RN. At the 10 minute mark, I asked the pharmacist about the delay and was told the RN was late that morning. At the 40 minute mark I asked the pharmacist for help because I needed test results read at the 1 hour mark. She told me to go interrupt the appt of another patient, which I pointed out would be unwise for the protection of doctor patient confidentiality. She then agreed to call. 40 minutes later when I finally got in, the RN did not apologize. I asked what caused the delay, and she told me she wasn't getting into other people's business. I was shocked by the poor customer service and lack of communication, acknowledgement, and accountability. 0/5 stars.

So disappointed in the staff. I slipped on the steps coming in because it had been raining and the steps were soaked. I wasn’t running down them. Feet just went out. Fortunately before my head hit, I swung my arm back and my elbow hit. There were several people at the checkout. One customer came over to ask if I was alright and picked up my keys that I dropped. It was a bit of commotion, but the cashier never stopped. When I was checking out, the cashier was changing the tape in the register. I asked that he get someone to clean off the steps because I fell down them. He continued to change the tape and not acknowledge what I said. When he finished he went about checking me out. I asked if he heard what I said. He said “yes, you want someone to clean off the steps”. Then he hollers to Russell and says that I want him to clean the steps because I almost fell. I corrected him and said that I DID fall, and there was commotion but the only one who showed concern was a customer. Russell said that he thought he had a sign up. He went over and took the sign that was against the wall and put it up in the middle. Really? No “are you ok?” Just an “oops sorry about that”. I have no doubt that I am going to hurt tomorrow. But I’m thankful it wasn’t worse. With staff like this I would still be lying there. As it stands I sat for a few minutes because I was stunned. Russell did not wipe down the steps. He only put up the sign. Even if someone is careful, a sign does not negate the store’s responsibility. I get that accidents happen. But if someone else were to get hurt after me, it’s totally on them. I didn’t purchase what I came in for (mostly out of frustration) and left. As I came out the doors I saw two elderly people entering. I stopped them and asked that they be extremely careful on the steps and hold on. I said that they are very wet and slippery. Can’t be there for everyone entering. Russell and the clerk could just wipe off the steps. CVS, do better.

The service is always very quick and you can get in and out and on with your day. Everyone at the pharmacy is always very friendly and helpful. If there is an issue with your prescription, they're always willing to take the extra effort to solve it for you right away.

I bought a Beauty360 facial hair shaver (for women) w/ a neon purple cover. This product does NOT work - at all. After several attempts, it goes in the trash.
