Impossible answering machine service, calling the pharmacy is not possible. Pharmacy has terrible hours and they all go on lunch at the same time for an hour. This location is dirty and shelves are not fully stocked in most isles. Self checkout is usually the only option. Loiterers hanging near the front door should be expected.

This was the worse experience I’ve ever had with a pharmacy. The pharmacist made a mistake with the prescription - I didn’t notice his error until I got home I returned to get the correct meds only to find the pharmacy was closed for lunch. The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to simply hand me the correct package because he has on lunch break. Pharmacist should care enough about their customers to fix their mistakes even if they have to take 5 minutes out of their lunch break!

Thank goodness for my local CVS! For the small store size they have what I want. I have the choice of a W a block away, but I'll choose CVS every time. Much better staff, better stock, better coupons!
Just found parchment paper which I didn’t expect to find. So pleased. Now I can bake without having to walk to grocery store.

Just tried to do a walk-in flu shot. Which is advertised - the one running it was highly stressed out and was quite rude and we left. Makes me want to move our business. The one running it should go work somewhere else

Last month, I had a poor experience with a cardiologist (that I have since changed) who prescribed a medication to me that interacts with my current meds, yet never gave me a clear explanation as to why I was put on the drug, when there are other similar medications that do not have a history of interacting with the other medications I am on. While picking up the second-month dose of the drugs today, the pharmacist at this CVS location asked how I was feeling and what my symptoms have been since being on the new drug. He explained the medication I was on (in detail) and explained the potential cause of my symptoms. He recommended a new medication for me and said he would be more than happy to speak to the new cardiologist I am meeting with next week about his recommendations. Never have I ever had a pharmacist advocate for me like this. 5/5 stars. Go here!

Why have a MoneyGram service if you don't allow money to be picked up? Stopped by today and the guy says "you gonna have to go to a currency exchange because I just did a deposit." What kind of customer service is that.

Staff are nice, location is very convenient, but that’s about all this store has going for it. Self checkout is nightmarishly over-complicated and takes much longer than you expect. You have to hit about 15 on-screen buttons to complete transaction, and some very basic items (Gatorade, Red Bull) just throw up errors when you scan them.
