BLACK MAN , BALD HEAD , NASTY UNPROFESSIONAL PHARMACIST! PROCEEDED TO ASSUME THAT WE DIDN'T KNOW THAT OUR INSURANCE COVERED OUR SHOTS..... THESE THINGS WERE CHECKED BY ME , AN ADMINISTRATOR FOR GROUP HEALTH CARE, PRIOR TO COMING, PLUS WE HAVEN'T CHANGED OUR INSURANCE AND WE'VE DONE CVS YEARS BEFORE FOR THE SAME SERVICE. IT WAS NEVER A PROBLEM TO WE DECIDED TO COME TO THIS PARTICULAR LOCATION AND HYDE PARK LOCATED IN THE TARGET BUILDING..... I'M ASSUMING THAT HE'S A CUSTOM TO WORKING WITH A MUCH TOUGHER UNINFORMED CROWD OF PEOPLE THEREFORE THE REASON WHY HE MADE IGNORANT ASSUMPTIONS ABOUT US.

Visited this location for travel vaccines. The pharmacist was friendly and answered all of my questions. He was able to help me early and I got out quickly. The online system allowed me to schedule an immunization they didn't actually have in stock so make sure you call the pharmacy to check. That's not the fault of the staff at this location though.

Pharmacist technician in the front ,bald .Did not greet, was very rude with my encounter. Rude while uncovering my health needs . I advise the Pharmacist technician have coaching in the customer service side of medical care.

This is by far the most “user-friendly” pharmacy in Hyde Park. The staff is efficient and helpful and able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They are a credit to the CVS brand.
