This is by far the most “user-friendly” pharmacy in Hyde Park. The staff is efficient and helpful and able to fill prescriptions in a timely manner. They are a credit to the CVS brand.

Friendly and excellent pharmacy team that deliver the same high quality care you’d expect to get from a family owned pharmacy. They are very helpful, trustworthy and responsive. Until I noticed this pharmacy inside target, I used to literally drive to another neighborhood on the northside (for years I did this) to get my prescriptions filled because the other CVS and Walgreens in Hyde Park were chaotic and unreliable.

The staff is awesome, and they fill prescriptions fast. But the hours are pretty limited, unfortunately. If this CVS doesn't work for you, go to the one down the street (which has better hours but WAY longer lines and worse staff). Chicago tradeoffs, I guess.

Stayed with them over the phone for almost half an hour & still no one is taking the call. I have been struggling to get a hold of a pharmacy representative. I am definitely transferring my Rx from this thing called CVS to another pharmacy that values its customers

Pharmacy is great! Ms. Stormy is phenomenal and really serve with professionalism and courteous! However, the overall layout of the facilities lacks lighting, very cramped and lacking all qualities of aesthetics.
