Terrible service, you can’t even call the pharmacy anymore, and they won’t call you if there’s an issue, just wait for you to come in. If there’s any other pharmacy that’s convenient nearby, use them instead.

If you’re hoping to get a vaccine, I guess plan to spend at least 30min waiting past your appointment time - and this was with only one other customer besides myself. I might even go way out of my way to find a different CVS next time :(

Moses should be fired. Rude and hung up on me without letting me even speak. When I called back he told me they were out of a medication when the pharmacist confirmed they had it in the brand name which would've been fine. Also told me they were expecting generic same day or later in the week while pharmacist relayed they had it on back order for months. I'll never go there if he is employed there.

The pharmacist named Moses was horrible, impatient, inconsiderate and down right rude! He rushed me and refused to understand that I was calling for a senior citizen that was having trouble getting her medication, even though the pharmacy had received and confirmed the receipt of the prescription three days before I called. He just said that he knows the pharmacy confirmed it received the prescription, but just resend it and basically refused to even listen. So unprofessional!

Convenience is great, but that's the only thing I like. Tried to call and report that part of my medication was literally missing and the guy who answered the phone tried to blame it on me. He said that it is "highly unlikely their technicians would miss something like that". I understand it's highly unlikely, but it happened so own up. If there's nothing you can do, just say your sorry that this has happened and offer to do whatever you can to get me a refill. I have now gone several days without my medication and it is messing up my schedule. Stop making customers, who rely on you to do your job, feel like you don't believe them and play the blame game. Beyond frustrated and angry right now by how I was treated.

The staff at this location are THE BEST! Just shows you can be efficient and still caring. Every experience with them is wonderful and they were so helpful when I got Covid and in getting me meds right away despite my doctors office being difficult. Some places are short and curt on the phone, but not this location. If I moved out of this neighborhood I’d still want to come here to all my rx needs.

pharmacy was closed with NO explanation, no one can get in contact with them inside the store. thank god i can wait until tomorrow to pick up my meds, but there are some that need them today! they could be causing serious health problems to those who go there. so unprofessional.

I'm standing in line at 11:12am. SIgn says they open at 11am (already a late start/limited hours). if you want limited hours that are more limited by employee tardiness, this is the CVS FOR YOU.

I hadn't slept all night because of acid indigestion.I had no one to help me, and I needed something right now! So I went to CVS.When I found Gio, he was so kind and helpful. He showed me what things that I could rely on for the stomach acid, and suggested I start with a lowest dose, but I took a secondary over-the-counter home with me in case.He was just the friend I needed today.I feel so much better tonight.

I had been up all night with acid reflux and a bad stomach. This was new for me and I had no idea what to take. Go assisted me and showed me what over the counter products would help me and suggested I start with a lower dose. I also took a secondary over the counter with me in case I needed it. I was feeling a total wreck when I walked in there, but I feel much better tonight. Gio was just the friend I needed today.

Great pharmacy, always quick and friendly. The pharmacist, Gio, is always extremely helpful and polite. He has helped me save money on my prescriptions by guiding me to discount and refund cards!
