I called to get the specifics on if the covid appt I'm scheduling is for the vaccine OR the booster. I'm applying to nursing school and they are requiring a booster. The CVS line goes straight to a robot that is not able to answer the question. I called target, a gentleman literally walked back to ask the pharmacy the question. I could hear him speaking w a lady in the background, and she had the nerve to say I had to call back and leave a vm. This is an example of selfish, petty, self-first health lateral service. I will aim to be a better servant than these people. Appointment cancelled!!!! Thank you to the target worker, shame on the CVS pharmacy worker. Zero stars if possible.

Place is never open when you need them to be. Says their lunch hour is 1:30-2 but they stay closed another hour after 2, horribly inconvenient for customers who don’t have a lot of time to pick up scrips

If I could give a zero star review, I would! I have never been treated so horribly when asking simple questions about a controlled substance for ADHD. I have never had a pharmacist be so rude in their approach to helping a customer. I will never use this CVS again, absolutely horrible.

Cheater, Thieves! CVS can’t be trusted! They changed my prescription qty without my knowledge, or my doctors’ knowledge… and didn’t even tell me …But rest assured, they had no problem charged me the same price as the fully prescribed order … I was shorted 20 pill and was told there is nothing I can do about it… pretty much shut up and take it.Thanks CVS, as alway it’s nice to be screwed over by you.

Some of the people who answer the phones at this pharmacy location are always SO rude… when you can get them to actually answer anyway. There have been multiple occasions where I’ll be waiting to speak to someone and I’ll hear them pick up the phone background noise and all then put me back on hold multiple times before finally disconnecting me.In my experience, when I’ve asked questions that they don’t like (I guess), they are so condescending it’s unreal. While I realize that it has to be annoying to answer the same kind of questions all day, I definitely wouldn’t treat a customer just looking for their medication questions to be answered that way.

I always have great experiences with the staff at this pharmacy! however this is the 4th time Ive driven here from west town thinking the pharmacy would be open and it’s actually not... I’m not sure if the hours online need to be updated but clearly the sign should be as well. I chose to continue refilling my prescription here bc I’m comfortable with the employees. But I don’t have time to drive up to lake view before my shift at work starts just to sit for 30 minutes to see if anyone opens up the pharmacy... last month when I was here I was told “Tuesdays we open at 7 if that works better for you too” and I was like ah yes thank god! but now I’m just going to switch my prescription to the CVS around the corner from my apartment bc this is insane

Michelle at the pharmacy desk was incredibly helpful. She helped us navigate getting a prescription where coverage was a grey area and was courteous and helpful the entire time.
