Tried getting a flu vaccine here. Called the pharmacy ahead to check if they could take walk-ins and they did not answer. Arrived an hour before closing time and the pharmacist were rude and refused to help us. Felt like the pharmacists did not care about our health or providing quality service. I usually do not post about bad experiences but looks like others have had similarly poor experiences. I do not recommend this pharmacy.

I like CVS and frequent a lot, but one of the female pharmacists at this loc is truly the rudest person I have ever encountered in my entire life over the phone. The first time I called, she was so dismissive and flippant with my Qs, and offered me zero help. It actually seemed like she was deliberately trying to make things more difficult for me. I felt like I had done something wrong simply by calling. The second time, a couple days later, she called ME and proceeded to yell - nonstop - at ME about a prescription my doctor had sent in, and I couldn’t get a word in edgewise to try to explain my situation or ask her for more clarification. Then she told me NOT TO GO THERE, and she hung up on me! Actually hung up on me. I had even apologized for any misunderstanding or confusion. I was shocked. I actually almost cried. It was so unprofessional, and it didn’t sit right with me all day long. I can’t imagine what other staff or customers in the vicinity were thinking. I ended up calling a different pharmacy chain, and they were SO helpful, which made me feel better. Honestly, if I had only had one bad experience with this woman, I probably wouldn't have written a review. But I came here to see if others had similar experiences with her, and sure seems like they do.

One of the pharmacists at this location is the most unhelpful person I have ever met. Any question or request I had for my prescriptions was met with flippancy. Is this not your job?

I got my flu and COVID vaccines done by Ann. The quickest and most painless vaccine injections of my life. I highly recommend going here if you are looking to get your vaccines!

I called to get the specifics on if the covid appt I'm scheduling is for the vaccine OR the booster. I'm applying to nursing school and they are requiring a booster. The CVS line goes straight to a robot that is not able to answer the question. I called target, a gentleman literally walked back to ask the pharmacy the question. I could hear him speaking w a lady in the background, and she had the nerve to say I had to call back and leave a vm. This is an example of selfish, petty, self-first health lateral service. I will aim to be a better servant than these people. Appointment cancelled!!!! Thank you to the target worker, shame on the CVS pharmacy worker. Zero stars if possible.

Place is never open when you need them to be. Says their lunch hour is 1:30-2 but they stay closed another hour after 2, horribly inconvenient for customers who don’t have a lot of time to pick up scrips

If I could give a zero star review, I would! I have never been treated so horribly when asking simple questions about a controlled substance for ADHD. I have never had a pharmacist be so rude in their approach to helping a customer. I will never use this CVS again, absolutely horrible.
