I love CVS. We switched to it almost a year ago. It is a bit further than Walgreens but I rather drive to CVS. Staff is always helpful and friendly. Also, the main thing the wait is so much better than at Walgreens. So I highly recommend the Sheffield branch.

My FAV CVS. One of the things that "work" in my life. Not sure why a low rating. I am there about every two weeks. I do have the app/Savings membership that is worth the monthly cost because you get $10 for anything once a month. Believe me when I say I have no connection to this store. I realize I sound like an ad. Anyway here are the reasons: AMAZING pharmacy staff - forgive me I may have the wrong name - Pharmacist Abdul is especially excellent and let's me know he has checked for online coupons. KAREN who is a floor/register associate. She understands the minute details of the coupons and I could hear her talking to other customers and she was so reassuring. Sorta Momma/Sherpa. I should add there was another floor associate (male) who was very patient with my requests to open different locked down products. Helped me find something. GREETING CARDS good selection and I like to catch the Hallmark savings that are posted in app. COSMETICS: other than the fact that they rarely have the gray L' Oreal fiber sorta thin marker eyeliner, there collection of many brands is good. POST HOLIDAY MARKDOWNS: I go in and stalk those aisles for up to 70% off on items for the next Halloween, Summer, Xmas small gits for kids. FOOD: decent amount of "grab" items if you are hungry. Some to the beverages seem pricey but the only time I look at those brands is when I'm there. Other items (cereal) can be high but when they are on sale, it's impressive. OK - That's it. One of

Great service sets this CVS apart. Pharmacy stayed open in the face of their lunch break to help me... Manager worked hard to see that I received all the discounts I had earned when self-check didn't see all of them.

I have to give this neutral stars. In using this for my pharmacy it has its pros and cons. The male pharmacist is incredibly nice, patient, and helpful. Feel like he acknowledges a regular customer and provides excellent service. The female pharmacist on the other hand is so unfriendly and I feel uncomfortable anytime I have to interact with her due to her cold demeanor and lack of willingness to connect to regular customers. I continue due to my appreciation for one pharmacist and hope I pick up on his working days! The front desk staff are usually pretty disengaged in general which is fine if you don't need anything. The CVS app for extracare is and ongoing frustration of trying to use coupons. I do appreciate they have coupons when they work however and their shipping to home online option is nice when use it.

Head pharmacist will profile you and send you away without any questions or explanation. I filled a complaint with CVS as I now do not have my medication.

This is the worst CVS Pharmacy. They never answer the phone. They have you sit on hold for 40 minutes before they actually pick up the phone. The female pharmacist (don’t know her name, the Asian woman) is nasty and obviously hates her job. Do better. Hire more people and figure out how to have a better environment so your customers are taken care of. I will no longer take my business here EVER again.

I have been going to this CVS since I moved to Chicago 5 months ago. I am always so impressed every visit. The managers, workers, and pharmacists are super kind, patient, honest, and hard-working. They go above and beyond to help you. It is by far the very best CVS I have ever been to!

Normally I don't like visiting any pharmacies if there is no need and I am pretty sure it could relate to anyone but sometimes it can be very useful because of a bunch of options this store can offer. Recently I had my friend birthday and I was a bit struggling with a picking up a gift for him. When it comes to that I always feel a lack of creativeness and my best decision is just to give some money as a present and of course I use post cards as well to congratulate my close friends and family members on any occasion. What I like most about this store is a great options of post cards for any occasion. Great customer service. The staff is attentive and responsive to your needs, always ready to help you choose the items you need. I was in the area and decided to hit the spot and was totally satisfied with the service provided. Staff was helpful and I got what I was looking for. Five stars.

I have always found the staff at the Sheffield location to be very accommodating. They have always worked with me on coupon issues and locating items that I'm usually standing next to. If an item isn't on the shelf, they will check in back. Shop here, use the pharmacy - this is one of my favorite CVS go to stores.
